The issue for UHID & DOB still exists. You guys are not working on this. Kindly confirm the SLA.

Doctors and staff are very helpful and reacts appropriately to the situation and explains exact situation to the attenders and PRO members are also very helpful.

Unable to add a patient using the UHID and Date of Birth. It gives a message saying "PATIENT ID AND DATE OF BIRTH IS NOT MATCHED". This should have been the minimum feature of this app which seems to be broken. Noone from the live chat was helpful. Whenever I explained the problem, they just gave me the toll free number. Not cool.

Does not allow to add patients via UHID seems like a bug. Chat excerpt with Rainbow rep. Will wait for the update. Patient Id not being recognized, please fix asap. What should be entered for patient id?

Unable to add UHID patient id and there is no option to save. The details and unable to book appointments

An existing uhid along with the dob is not been taken into account. Throws an error with details not matching

Get Details of patient itself is not working. Forget about the other functionality. Need to provide details on what to provide as part of patient I'd and other details.

Its an awesome app & very useful.

I have admitted my 3yr kid for fever in Rainbow, Banjarahills. Doctor and nurses are very good at their care. But all the other facilities are at the worst condition. They charged rs4700 per day for a shared ward where 7 patients are there. There is a single bathroom for 3 wards like that, so for nearly 20 patients and their attendants, there is only one bathroom. There is no separate bed for attendants and only one attendant is allowed.

Existing patient... unable to register.. says dob uhid doesn't match. That is basic isn't it. Pull off the app before this degrades the status of rainbow hospitals. This has been an existing issue since August and we still don't see an update despite your response being "we are looking into this and will update in few days ". As a developer I know this barely takes a week to code, test and deploy.

Honestly telling they are making fools , doctors and staff way of working style is very bad. They are making delay intentionally, showing that they are busy.

If our time is bad, one will go to this place.intentionally they make to wait the paitanits
