Two times in the same day, I have been fined for crossing a signal on a green light that was 1 sec away from turning yellow. The cop would not understand or show me any proof. There should be proof for people who want to pay or challenge their fine. Pathetic, you just gave power to people who don't know how to use such powers rightfully.

What does this app do and allow me to do I can only know when I can register to it. It's been almost 10 days, and I have been trying to register twice or thrice a day. So after almost 30 attempts all I get is OTP sent check inbox and I never get OTP

I have registered my vehicles in Pay challen tab....and now it is not seen. Trying to register again.....not accepting or not registering...Not useful in such case. After registration the data base is updated temporarily and after few days it is deleted...please look into it and update it. It is really helpful app if such bugs got fixed.

Very much great effort by mumbai traffic police by creating this app. But i would love to see the app working actually. N9thing working since start. I logged in with Facebook, it didn't get logged in properly. It asked me for mobile number for registration (twice) and didn't even send me OTP once. And miraculously it logged in just after putting my number third time. When i click on my profile. It is completely empty. If i try to edit or update it, it doesn't let me. If i try to input my vehicle details, it doesn't let me. When i try to report an incident with picture, it just keeps showing same UI, doesn't go to next screen by itself. Please redo all these things and develop the app agaim. We are looking forward to use this app on daily basis. Thank you.

The app is great initiative. I have following two recommendations : 1) user should be able to report incidences by uploading pics & videos from gallery. 2) user should be informed if the offence that he/she reported through civilian reporter is fined to encourage such continuation of reporting.

The app is full of bugs. Tried to register my vehicle several times but didn't work. After few days n updation I was able to register but again all the earlier records have vanished. Trying to register again my vehicle details, but unable to do it. No response after entering vehicle details. Unpredictable app.

Great app as it shows the actual pictures of the vehicle and also gives the payment option. But I am not receiving any OTP for registering my mobile phone. Trying the same thing since 4 days. Please do something about it.

Overall the app is nicely designed. I tried to file a report from it but the image which I clicked always turns out to be very pixelated, not sure if that is just on my cell or the app in general. There should be more easy way to determine the Division area when reporting an incidence, everyone doesn't knows the division area when they are travelling to new places. Reducing three rating as pixelated problem still not solved.

Initiative is good. Not have provision to add photos from mobile. Photos which are captured directly thru this app doesn't work most of the time. Hence difficult for user to post violation complaint when driving. Create space for photo addition along with location. Notify user when e-challan is generated.

A good initiative by mumbai traffic police... But the images which I uploaded are not showing that clear as they were while uploading... Also the status shows as closed, so I have no idea whether the action is done or the report is closed due to unclear image

This app is supposed to take picture evidence of a traffic law violation by a civilian and submit it to the authorities. But it is never able to take a picture where you can read the number plate on a picture taken by this app. This is inspite being a photographer and the best camera phone S8. Though it takes clean picture on iPhone. You will simply be wasting time if you own S8, maybe an android.

The concept is good but could have been better if it works, have downloaded the App and tried to register by putting mobile number and all that it says is check your inbox for OTP and same thing over and over. Also want to know if this App is for Navi Mumbai also What precautions have been taken so that ones data cannot be seen by other user for eg; can I put someone else's vehicle number and check the receipts if any

Request to Maharashtra Police Android Application Team: 1) This application does nothing when I tried regarding violation of traffic rules by Auto-Taxi like non pliance to nearby areas, extra charging, wrong meter, parking etc. Kindly provide us the complaint menu for these people. 2) Whenever we try to launch a parking violence app needs us to take a photo. Can you please provide function to upload from gallery. Many times it happens we do not have mobile network and due to this we cannot upload photos resulting in non filing of complaint. Kindly do the needful.

After installation, when we try to sign up using mobile number, otp comes after 1-2 hours. It is very in-practical to wait for soo long time for otp. Till opt comes and when we enter the otp, then otp does not match error comes.

Good Initiative by MTP. Suggestions: 1. Add pings/alerts/notifications for offences for vehicles registered in app. 2. I loved Traffic Education section but can you also add links to apply for License(Permanent/Learning)? 3. Can you add a greiviance section for any complaints regarding road markings, broken speed barriers, potholes, oil spills, etc..?

Car got towed however No parking sign not visible.. Still had to pay fine. I showed camera pictures to police station as well but they said they can't do anything as echallan has got created. It's unfair as the no parking sign board is hidden behind a tree which is not visible from all sides. This is in Dadar near shivaji Park in front of Ashvini Hospital and Maternity clinic

very annoying app...It says wait till OTP arrives and then even after waiting till 1 hour no such OTP received... please improve the registration glitches

The pics uploaded automatically reduce the resolution and hence the number plates are not clear. Have reported few violations but no action taken as the uploaded pictures are very low resolution. I'm using one of the high end camera phones.

Pls add option to report video of auto taxi refusal.. So everyone can report it with proof and you can also see hlw the treat customers.

Nice initiative. While sending civilian violations, images uploading works, but while submitting report an error occurs every time. "pls submit again to get location"

A great approach by Mumbai Traffic Police department. Need some improvement like payment of challan looks easy but can not pay online inspite of entering the correct code. I think a demo should be added on how to pay. You can view your violation after you get the challan, but at times when you are stopped by an officer you have to agree to what they say. There should be some provision for the vehicle owner also to view their offence then and there so as to avoid verbal brawl with the authority.

After installing this app, I am unable to sign up. Each and everytime it say "please try after some time". Mumbai Police want digitilization (e-challan) by this app? Worst app, If some one is unable to sign-up, how will he pay e-challan and at the end Mumbai Police will it is not our look out. Worst worst worst. Since 2 days I m trying to sign-up nut every time "please try again later"

No action is ever taken saying that pictures are not clear. App is pointless unless they have the right intention.

The intent of the app is great. I've been troubled by parked cars right under NO PARKING boards just below my building for months now. I've been regularly sending complaints. Hoping to see resolution

This is a great app but I formatted my 0ho e and reinstalled it. Tried to activate using registered mobile and password. It fails logging in. Even doesn't send OTP to my mobile. You need to fix this error.

Got one entry in challan however image is not available. Moreover after paying also it still shows payment pending. Payment was directed to some IT company Update: I can see the image. It takes too long to load image. Moreover for paid invoice there is no image of the location. Can't tell where my car had halted so as to avoid halting ahead of white line. Also appreciate if you can include time and location of the offence.

Liked the concept, but delivered poorly. Can't upload photos of offence from galley.. When we see the offense happening, Are we supposed to open the app> choose category>select offence> open camera> then capture...? Dude.. those idiots are long gone by now! Update the app to upload photos from gallery, we take photos then we upload, OR give us superpower to see the future so we can keep the app ready to capture.. see which one is easy for you.

This is app is good. But in traffic violation section it should allow us to submit image from gallery. Cuz sometimes it's hard to open app and go through those section to submit images. Thanks

Cannot log in. Do the OTP routine but unable to login. Error is enter valid details. Frustrating Plz improve the app. Like ur services it is inefficent

Kindly add feedback or gravance icon for traffic police. We're we can complaint regarding police who do not act on or issues or take a bribe

Its Not working i m unable to login tried so many times. Just waste of time.

Facing same problem as multiple other people. The OTP never comes and hence unable to register despite multiple attempts. Please iron out registration glitches. I am using latest version of the app already.

Civians reporting pic gets blurred so bad on high end phones like s7 edge. The image gets distorted very badly.please fix

Mumbai police should improve the app. It crashes when the picture of the violation is clicked. It is currently of no use.

After the new update, the images imported by the app were of a very low resolution. Then in the current update as soon as I capture an image, the app freezes. This happens with all my handsets. Is this to discourage us from reporting violations and maintain a facade of being helpful?

At least make an app that works. I typed my mobile number and the app said it was sending OTP, but the otp never came. Just a new method by traffic police to torture common man.

This is a great initiative by Mumbai police...I was very happy to know that this type of apps are being used by mumbai police. But I was surprised when I registered my bike in the app and it shows that one offense registered and that was for sheet belt how can it is possible for a bike and It was registered on date when I haven't this bike purchased. I really think this is bug in program and I am writing this review so that any concernd person can help me to get out of this situation. Thanks and appreciation for app.

This is a nice initiative by mumbai traffic police. But please add some suggestions to this which will make this app more efficient to use. 1) while reporting traffic rules violations please add an option to add image or video from phones storage or gallery. As its hard to take out the phone and open the app and then click the photo while travelling. It will be better to click the photo on the spot and then later add it to the complaint using app. 2) video option is not available in this app. Else this app is great

This is a great App But its Shouldn't Be for public...!! I got fined for without HELMET although i was Driving all the way with helmet,just i was Parking My bike & there 4wheeler came so i had 2 change my place so i asked my frnd to grab HELMET & i took a U turn & Parked my bike in front of McDonald's mean while one police took my Pic & uploaded,this is not done. plz withdraw this CHALLAN as its not my fault. And i am ready to show proof that i went in McDonald's​ after parking bike.why is this so this app should have Some kind of support what if u R Not Guilty Still U are Getting FINED!!

Hope everyone uses this and reports offenses.. This is a great Initiative. . I was happy to see my car also get fined for a offense "white line crossed at signal".. it's a diff story the white lines are not visible, but we all know we hv to wait behind signal.
