About Speak and Spell
With Speak and Spell you can:
1. Say any word and try to spell it
or
2. Say any word and see how it is spelled
If you need an app to create your own spelling lists please download our other spelling app, Spelling Beez on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spelling
Please Note: The Voice recogniser on your device needs to be enabled for this app to work.
On your device check under Settings --> Language and input --> Voice recogniser.
This is enabled by default on most devices.

I would give it 5 stars if it were easy for kids to opperate. Onceyou figure it out its good. I need an app thats easy for my kids to just say a word and have it show up on screen. They always ask " how do you spell...?" This app helps allot

It did not offer creation of my own word Lists. Additionally, it would have been nice to have preference settings such as audio feedback for correct/wrong answers, automatically move on to next word, and maybe time recorded spelling tests using custom lists. I requested a refund solely for the absence of custom word lists. However, this is a lovely start to a spelling app that feels warm, cosy and friendly. I will be keeping an eye on future development!!
