Speedrent - Property Rental for Tenant & Landlord

Since yesterday i chat their admin to ask about a deposit. How to make payment. How to deal with owner. Im still new at least you can tell or teach something. Im urgent to move. I need a house asap. My plan to move this friday. But no response from they team. Im so dissapointed. I dont have enough budget to find house on mudah.my or carousell bcs they charge deposit too high. So i prefer this apps. But totally make me disspointed. I must go out to my house that i stay now on this friday. Im 21 and married. My wife is pregannt. So i must find house asap. Please do your responsibility. Im happy found this app maybe can help me to solve my problem. But they do not answer my question on whatsap. Goodbye. Thanks

Chat with tenant or customer service. Keep disappear message. Extremely poor message app. So doubt of speedrent zero deposit service. Who know what happen if the transaction sudden missing.

The apps is riddled with bugs. Even to register it took me multiple attempts. Chats and appointment sometimes disappears for no reason.. bad user experience

Even if there're bugs here and there with that apps. I still prefer this app over any property agent.

1st time user, experienced time-lag in the app. Some customer service personnels are professional, some are newbies and will need self education to improve user experience. I believe these are teething problems. An auto feedback of the frontline customer service will quickly allow user to share their review and prepare for the next encounter. Will recommend usage.

Speedrent as a total service is awesome. Advertising on the platform is simple. And best part is the dedicated customer support (aka agent) you'd get. I got Amirul and he was good at following through and responding to my enquiries. I got a good tenant whom Speedrent helps to do credit checks on and its also enticing for tenants since they dont have to fork up deposits. Im glad i dont have to do the chasing for monthly rental payments and i am protected for damages by the insurance. I had some hiccups on the app itself tho when trying to workout the tenancy agreement (app lags and didnt register my inputs- area to improve on) but this is resolved quickly bcoz we have Amirul's assistance. This is really a great idea and service, keep up the good work Speedrent team!

Just engage their service about a month as landlord. Let's see they can deliver theirs service as promise.

Good for tenant looking for house.. As for landlord, i would recommend you to use this apps for new houses/apartment.. For old houses u might require the deposit to repair things.. Eventough they say u can claim for repair.. But it will come with lots of questions.. Im gonna try to claim a repair soon.. Let's see how its gonna be..

Owner still ask for 1st month and on the 12 month payment..equal to 2 month deposit before move i .. where is the free deposit? Misleading ads..

I can't even login to the app since I change my handphone and their support is taking ages to fix the issue. Really unsatisfied!! I still cant use it even after you said its fixed.

Seriously no deposit? Who would pay the outstanding rent when the tenants default on payment & refuse to vacate the premises? It's not cheap to proceed with the eviction notice.

Useless, pointless and utter rubbish! Been getting the same messages from the same people even after same reply. I CANT EVEN REMOVE MY ACCOUNT AND PROPERTY. AS A LANDLORD, I WOULD NOT RISK RENTING MY PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT. Yah yah.. covered by alliance, i doubt it would be easy to claim for any damages and losses considering the fact claiming for medical costs is already a pain!

It does what it need to do.. successfully renting out unit using this app platform.. no deposit scheme.. with the current economic situation, the no deposit scheme really helps + the insurance coverage.. love it.. keep it up speedrent team

Bodoh. Menipu. Kau bayar untuk bulan pertama dan bulan ke12. Deposit jugalah tu bodoh. Bangang. Sewa rm1500 akan jadi rm3000. Lokasi yang sama kau boleh dapat rm1200. Bodoh.
