Same as others. It says "I do not have an active subscription". How do subscribers able to benefit from this initiative if they are denied to login. This is a poor app from SPH. Pls fix the problem. I had just do an app update from the prompt & it still says "I do not have an active subscription" . Just what is SPH doing? They did not get the problem fix even after so many poor ratings & feedback on the problems encountered. Establishment like SPH should not have developed such a useless app. Very disappointed subscriber.

Doesnt even retrieve the address after keying postal code. This app is for Spore subscribers, why the hell you need country entry? SPH , plse wake up.

Connection error when registering. Doesnt work at all.

Got correct user ID and password but prompt not properly configured in their system. This app is as poor as their zaobao and BT app.

Unable to login... give me the message "You do not have an active subscription" even though I'm a current subscriber :(

I haven't login before and it says I have. Went to retrieve my user ID and password, cannot even access the page.
