SkyLINK PROTECT

The previous version was good this current one is a piece of crap. Shows vehicle as red all the time which indicates the vehicle is off, no longer shows stops or times where the vehicle has gone. Thr program is a worthless piece of crap.

So called battery alert came 3 days after battery was completely busted and i couldn't start the car. Shouldn't it warn you at first sign of failing? Waste of money.

Map only displays once. There is no "Setting" screen to be able to turn on any features. Only the account tab shows. I could like this ... if only it worked. For me, this app is completely useless. I can only hope that Skylink works as well as advertised if it is ever needed.

My maps don't show up at all..... everything is activated but the app does nothing at all. Do an update and fast. No point in paying to know where your car is but can't track it

It thinks we're turning the ignition off and on as we are driving. One trip looks like 12. Date filters on history screen do not work - it still shows data from outside the date range.

This is bad, i work for a dealership that sells this product and I have been waiting on updates my history still only shows 2015 and thats on my personal vehicle. Please service this app...

It was down for over a week then works for 4 days now not working yet again. If this is how the service is supposed to work boy is it a rip off for what I paid. And the customer compliant service is a joke.

I get messages at 4:00am saying my car is moving. It causes me to jump put of bed to make sure my car wasn't stolen. Fix this issue!

There is not maps at all.Nothing on screen.This is a lost of money and time. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Y is this not updating Ive been trying to use it and it still in the same place what is going on

Loaded it, saw that it had my truck location 17 miles away, and unloaded it.

Not showing trips as of 6/21/17

When I open the app it goes to a gray screen it won't even let me log in let alone see any other information. LG G5 Android 7.0 Nougat

The locator icon stopped working after the latest update. Now the map fsils to load. The update seems to have added an advertisement for some other map progrsms. This failure is on both android and IOS systems. Booooo

This pathetic what do I even pay for this for. The MAP IS BROKEN THIS BLOWS

I used the app daily until the map went away.

Please fix or give me a refund such crap we pay for something that does not work

While the program is great, the issue that the icon on the smart phone opens the "Google play store " and you have to click open to actually open the app, is very frustrating

Missing a lot of events and trips for that past week

App keeps telling me i don't have a plan. Second time in a row now. Of a mind to cancel get a refund and go with verizon hum!
