Spoyl: Buy & Sell Used Stuff

Spoyl is a highly innovative app that takes care that reuse takes precedence over disposal. Selling products that we do not use is not only economical, but also convenient. It helps in reduction of wastage in this day and age of excess. The brainchild of Bhargav Errangi, Spoyl is an app through which people can buy and sell used products to get quality products at a lower rate and to earn a little extra respectively. However people need not worry about the quality of the used products because Spoyl has a team of employees dedicated towards conducting a quality check of the products that will be sold.

Donot make false promises team spoyl! I was promised that I ll be given rs 10 per listing as soon as the listing goes live but even after sending you dozens of emails ,I have got paid for not even half of promised amount. Secondly , Mr Bala subramani emailed and promised me to transfer my wallet money to my paytm account and this has also not happened yet even when I clearly said it was URGENT. I am extremely disappointed with spoyl this time.Ayesha talat, bala subramani.. nobody is helping me out. They are all just giving me false promises .

VERY DISAPPOINTED as spoyl promised to give 20% off coupon on saturday for all who followed 20 people but they never gave. But otherwise, love this app...helped me get rid of my things..Make some money and use it to buy stuff from other people on the app. Really really love it

This is an absolutely amazing app. A sure life turner. It's fun to buy and sell and the service and customer support is super amazing. I get all my queries resolved. Also it has come up with variety of categories making it accessible to more number of people. Not only me but everyone in my family loves Spoyl ❤

I must say.. something is wrong with this app..they collect my stuff..neither they deliver it nor return it back to me..and no money credited..3 of my listings sold are InTransitToSeller stage from 2 months..I don't understand why is this taking so much time..pls work on this thing..very annoyed.

It's an amazing app. But they need to work on their tracking system which is pretty slow and does not share the apt information about your product. Other than that at times money gets deposited after 40-45 hours again which is a set back. Other than that the app is pretty cool. You can sell your stuff in seconds at times!

Customer service sucks. No updates on my order till now. It's been more than a month. They didn't not return my product which was cancelled by buyer. What kind of customer service is that. Really annoying. Plus nobody answers the phone call. Might be removing app. If u don't wanna waste your time then please don't download it.

On the whole good. But there are two things that they must improve- product search and delayed delivery time frame. Difficult to find products using the general search option. Also when u filter search results. If people dont categorise products properly, spoyl should do so before approving the product. Their should be categories within each closet. Difficult to navigate through large closets . In my experience, it takes an average of three weeks for the product to reach the customer

Pathetic!! I ordered a dress 5 days ago still the staus reflects as placed order and not processing further and on top of that when I called customer service they suggested me to have word with the seller instead they themselves initiating efforts for the customer.....And the guys don't u dare delete my feedback

Rated 5 stars! Rating it to 3 now..a lot of technical issues..status aint being updated for days..have to mail for each order that this order has been delivered please change the status..its really creating mess..please look into this..otherwise i like it!

This app is amazing. It lets me sell items that I no longer need and make some much needed cash while allowing me to purchase products from other people at the a fraction of the price elsewhere. Keep up the good work guys!!

It's a great app. A few things I would like to be rectified I'm unable to update my profile pic. Chats have problems like a few messages don't get delivered sometimes. Would love it if we can have a place where we can see the items we liked. Also, the spoylr category covers only the big cities. I believe that can be done away with, coz there's nearby option for them too anyway.

What is the use of app when people does not know what price can they sell in second hand.... I have seen some items where people put same price as original cost

Ok so here is the good and bad side of this app - Advantage:- -Best for buyers - easy return - get good price for your products - you can communicate to each other - product quality Disadvantages- - poor communication with customers - tracking - there should be a better place for seller Specially Focus on - -Communication (customer care) - tracking Otherwise it's good app i'm connecting with them from 6-7 months. They are doing their best but still some things to focus on .keep it up✅

I like this app. The feature of buy via spoyl is really good. I can sell my items throughout India. Sometimes it just get stops, loads the pictures in high amount of time. If you will work it, it's gonna be amazing one.

This app has turned out to be a really good platform for selling any buying used and unused product. I really like spoyl But the shipping and delivery services are too too slow which creates a lot of frustration. Plus the buyers are not verified. Most of the times the product comes back because the buyers at the time of delivery does not respond or cancel the order. Fast delivery and trustable responses is all spoyl need.

I love the app it's a great initiative not only to fashion lovers but also to environment.. Ppl r changing. Only issue is the app closes suddenly when I k browsing I updated software yet no use. Please assist

The UI is very nice. Main thing i loved about the app is that we can buy and sell a large category on a same platform with so much freedom that takes the experience to next level. I would like people to just give it a try, you will surely enjoy. Great work Spoyl

I do sell products here but only few updates i would like to see in the app like chats are gone if you 1s logout and u can't sell the products via spoyl even if we can add in category and the main thing we dont get to see whom.we block n unblock on.spoyl app No option is found of block unblock except if u ve chats with so an so user and the main disadvantage is a seller cant text back to any user who as no listing..... But its a nyc app to sell n buy products its very responsive and the procedures are proper n best app to sell ur unused products Love this app

There should be ways to help new spolyers learn how to sell their products and maybe people giving reviews themselves to gain insight about our products and likewise making changes.

wanted to let you know how dissatisfaction i am with your servicing. pick up and drop of products service i have to face a lot of inconvenience because i have to postpone my work to next day and stayed back at home but everytime i scheduled pick up of the product they cancelled at their end and they even don't make effort tocalling me and informing at their end. highly disappointed with your servicing.

The process of shipping is slow AF.

It is an amazing app. You can sell your old stuff and also new stuff Hassel free. You need not parcel also , there's a pick up from spoyl itself and also delivery. Just upload the product and start selling .

The app is amazing. Sold many clothes from my closet and earned cash. The only issue is with the time taken for deliveries. Spoyl customer service however is very responsive and helpful. App is extremely user friendly. I would definitely give it a thumbs up

Not liking d app again.. app is nt responding properly especially d messages.nt able to type messages properly nd nt getting any notifications unless nd untill i open d app.hope u improvise d app as soon as possible.

I used to love spoyl until my last purchase. Though it's on spoyl but the seller asked to courier directly. And I sent her money through Paytm. It's been a month. My money is gone. And I never received any product.Her contact number is not reachable. My request to spoyl is they should take action against these activities because afterall it's happening through their platform and people like that seller are cheating others. Btw the user name of that seller is "No return/refund No exchange" BEWARE!!

Very nyc app customer care is very supportive ,delivery process is good and secure no need to take tension regarding your product if you want to earn extra earning this app is best , refund option also available , selling process is very easy ..thankyou spoyl for this wonderful app

Hey, this is Rabia Khan, I joined Spoyl App around last year, to be honest it has taught me how the market and the industry works, it's very important to do networking as well and spoyl has taught me the pros and cons of it though. You get to talk to different customer's desires and needs and learn a lot about the price point and the worth of a product. Spoyl is good for people who are looking to start out a business of their own. I appreciate spoyl as their customer service is very cooperative too. Not able to update my profile picture, tried many times it says something went wrong. :/ but nice app.

All in all it is a very good app just 1 problem I found is that if they found even a small stain or anything else they will cancel the order without consulting you even which is rude this is the only problem other wise it's good app.

Best customer service in the industry. They always respond on time and they go out of their way to solve the problem for you. Definitely recommended.

It's an average app as a bit clumsy in services not quick in response if I used the refunded money in two products of one order number and due to some reason cancelled it there's no way of getting money Else its cool and useful app

Have been using this app since a year now. Good with customer service and user friendly. Been making a lot of good money , has become like a small side business. Love it. Would love more updates and some near features.
