Spree Online Fashion Shopping

This app is great ! However I would like to have the I-pay option available on it just like other online shopping apps, instead of having to make an eft payment and waiting for it to clear.

It's a good app compared to others. Good deals, it'd be better if something was sold out you could have the option to put it into waiting list and be notified when it's back on the rack. And it would help to go back to what you liked and put it in the cart when you want. I don't know why there's a like button when you can't go back and see what you liked in the first place. Get on it.

The sort and refine function is pretty useless. You can't for instance search specific basics like style or kind of shoes. If I filer low to hi in price I have to start at flipflops and work my way trough to boots... You can't select boys or girls clothing etc etc

So I ordered my first item from Spree yesterday, and I got a R100 discount and it arrived at my gate within 24 hours. Absolutely excellent!

Ive been using this app for years now but recently experienced the worst service when i returned my items they were separated i called so many times for my store credit and nothing was done even what i wanted to buy eventually sold out. Worst service

Poor service. I returned my order 7 working days ago till this day it's still not collected from pick up point. It was my first time buying here and it was my last.

Love it! although it would be much better if they can include an item exchange option rather than to return it completely and have to buy it again

Beside not being able to add my address, they take forever to pickup returned items from the drop off points and then they don't respond to emails when i ask for a cash refund because I accidentally chose store credit for refund. Now theu keep quiet when you want your money back. Its been MONTHS! Zando is much better for me

Like the App. BUT, I had a nasty ordeal where a copy of my ID and the front of my credit card had to be supplied to someone at Spree. I simply HAD TO PROVIDE the documents before my Order would be released. I shop everywhere online even flight tickets for overseas trip and I never had to give such personal information.

I have made an order on the 14th and made payment next day, my order was accepted at the warehouse and it was said to be handed to the courier o For delivery, but till today the has been no update at all regard my parcel. What takes so long for it to be delivered? When i use other online shopping it deliveres at the right time and is so quickly and never dissapoint.

on samsung i cannot select eft payment thats now about 3 months.always worked. also cannot select pargo pick point since last week.that the latest error. starting to dislike app.dont wanna shop here anymore.items on hold take ages and constant follow up required irritating

Like the App easy to navigate. Spree has such bad service though. When you log a query they close it without responding. One of their agent refused to exchange a items that were small told me to go make a purchase again but the items were no longer on sale. They also lying when they say its free to return items. I was charged R80 i asked them about it, they didnt respond they just closed my query.Everything else is good, if they lose customers it would be because of their customer services..

Nowhere near as good and polished as Zando. You have the same old items on sale everytime and never anything exciting.

Awesome app, had a few glitches at first but the support team was quick to assist. Great specials too.

There is lack of security because last time I buy using my credit card and the next time I want to purchase I was surprised to find that my bank details were still available ...what if someone open my spree application and buy without my knowledge since you automatically save my card information

Great app and service...!! Use it frequently anf always on time and great quali ty. Would love to know the other items that the model has on as well - as the whole outfit sometimes is what I want. Love the suggestion items as well. could perhaps expand on the bangles items. Thx!!

I'm still waiting for my parcels that when i track online it only states that the address is wrong......try to get hold of you guys and your telephone lines are down 1st time buyer and im not impressed if its a scam i wont be surprised either if you guys cant deliver then just send me back my cash
