Spruce - online dermatologist

Completely satisfied, fast service, got my diagnose and treatment in less than a day without loosing time in an office since I'm on vacation, I've would've taken me ages to find a dermatologist get an appointment at the beginning of the year, they prescribed correct medication, sent directly to the closest pharmacy, felt much better fast, and $40 it's not expensive!

I submitted pictures at 9pm and had a very detailed and complete treatment plan when I woke up the next morning. The plan includes the prescriptions and recommended over the counter products, a schedule plan, and explanations of each product with tips for best use. Any questions are answered quickly and completely.

Went to my GP with a horrible rash on my neck and chest. She said to use over-the-counter cortisone cream which did nothing. Contacted my dermatologist who offered an appointment a month out. Stumbled on Spruce and gave it a try. All I can say is ... amazing. Sent in photos and had a diagnosis very quickly. Picked up my cream at the pharmacist and within a day was feeling 200 percent better. A week later, the rash was completely gone. Thank you Spruce!!!!

I'm just still in shock that we live in a time where we can see a dermatologist online. I "visited" the dermatologist around 5pm and got my treatment plan within 1030p. There's only so much I can write on my phone praising this app, but if you have a mole or something more serious don't be ridiculous. Spruce can treat VISUAL skin related issues. Which is why it's 1) affordable and 2) convenient. Ps: use your rear facing camera. I just don't think selfie front facing cameras have enough resolution to take quality photos.

Simply amazing. Got wonderful advice and meds from a dermatologist in less than 24 hours. Satisfied and will continue to use this app for other issues.

A new way of visiting a doctor and getting a quick response...this is awesome. I've actually visited a dermatologist in person months ago and I've felt short sided with information and she didn't listen to what I said in regards to being allergic to BP but this online visit the Dr. read everything I put down and explained to me what I actually have and prescribed me suitable RX. Now I hope it works lol. Overall the experience was quick and accurate.

This app is brilliant! I love how that I didn't have to wait for a referral from a physician to have to go see a dermatologist which would take 6 months to get in to see. This app is so quick and easy. The results are amazing. I recommend this, it is so worth the $40 to have a legitimate dermatologist help me with a treatment plan for my acne. So thankful beyond words.

Would not let us enter phone number for the consent screen but can't get past that screen without entering a phone number....so annoying and stupid...seems like a great app to bad it doesn't work

So impressed by this app, I keep telling everyone I know. So easy. My diagnosis and treatment plan were right on the nose.

I haven't tried the app yet but it looks like a quick way to get an answer without actually seeing a doctor.

I have to say this is very simple and easy take a picture it goes to the doctors and it gives you a recommendation. I'm in the military and it would have taken weeks to get a consult in so $40 was worth it

I just tried this yesterday at around 834 pm the dr messaged me in 15 minutes. I picked up my prescriptions today. Didn't pay a dime cause my insurance covered the medicine. This was really awesome quick and easy. The first visit is free, but after that it's 40$ which is really expensive. It would be better if it wasn't so much. But honestly give it a try this is really really awesome :)

I was not sure if this was going to work but happy it did! Great App the doctor answers right away to help you and to prescribe the medication you need. I'm highly satisified and totally recommend.

Is this product better than pocket derm?

I can't get pass the " get started screen". Kept freezing on to the blue screen.
