Edit: App login seems totally dead now, even on old phone. ... useless.... Very slow to impossible to log in? Worked ok on my older s3/s5 phones. Trying to setup on s7.. Have the developers abandoned this app ?

Fantastic idea. Just didn't work. I contacted the maker, received an email saying that they would respond within 2 business days and I never heard back from them. That was months ago now. So much for customer service.

I purchased a set of these to use on my drone. They DO NOT WORK. I have both iPhone 5s and Nexus 6 and they do not work on either. They do not "wake up" to the phone signal, they do not wake up to tapping them as instructed. I had to buy new batteries upon receipt. The installed batteries came dead. Total junk, don't waste your money or time like I did.

So sad...

Waste of 50 Euro. It used to work on Galaxy S4. It doesn't on Galaxy S6. Poor quality of hardware and software. Cannot login to my account!!! Hard to change the battery without destroying device. Virtual lash works for ONE device only! Very early beta.

I bought this item on groupon before reading the reviews which was a big mistake. Once I did I realized they were right. Never wakes up to locate your item. Waste of money and time. Stay away!!

I had this before and it worked. Now I can't sign in (connection error though my internet is fine). Judging by other ratings, the developer has abandoned the app. It just doesn't work.

We were original backers years ago and these didn't work then. I found them in a box recently and thought maybe things had improved, apparently not. These developers are totally inept even after 3 plus years they can't get them to work.

You over sold on your website and then you under delivered didnt you? It worked for a week; I even replaced batteries to make sure and now I cant even page the sticker let alone find it because the app isnt working nor will it let me log into my account. Very disappointed, turned out to be a giant waste of $$$

Let a friend borrow my 2 units two years ago and recently tried them again. I had to installed new batteries (which is not a common types) App keeps (re)trying to update the F/W (takes 3 minutes each!). Seems not to update or update is failing. Website is nearly dead with no Support page. Created an Account on the website but App cannot not link to my web account (spinning wheel) Sad, this thing had so much promise!

Support is non-existent. If you don't have problems, you won't have a problem. If you do have a problem, you're screwed.

This is the second app from these people I have downloaded and neither one works. The company is a ripoff.

Got them to connect but placed them in room it cant find them. Then they just shut off and quit working. P.O.S.!!!!

Used to be able to use these, tried again recently can't sign in on the app, connection error.

so far after trying to operate the app and stickers for the past hour i am greatly disappointed and would not advise the use of this product the "support" page does not work when sending an email you only get a mail error as well as there is no live chat, and calling the number you sit on hold for an annoyingly long time (30+min so far still on hold). the app takes you to website to register to "sign in" to use any features but the website is so slow it disconnects before it connects when attempting to create an account /sign in / Anything.

Others have already listed the many issues. They are all true. Pathetic effort by this company.

With the Android version it either sits there unable to wake the sticker up, or else sometimes it connects, says the sticker needs an update, goes through the update process, and then still says it needs an update. What's really odd is that it works just fine with iOS.

Does not work reliably so do not waste your money until company get their act together.

Fantastic idea great people when you get a hold of them. How are nothing has happened since I met them at CES. Where is the long range ones that they promised oh so many years ago....

Unable to sign in due to "connection error" and app tries to continually update firmware on the even though they were updated via a 4.2 device. Urgent updates required. Nexus 5, Android 5

I have never able to use it. It always gives an error like "Connection error". Loading screens takes forever, then timeouts etc. I have been trying for almost a year, it never changed, improved etc.

Not only is the software horrible, the tags are worse. Battery died within a month, and putting an new battery on killed both my tags.

1. Signing in to the application: It takes it at least 2 minutes and up to 10 minutes to try and log in, and then gives me a different error message every time. Oh, and if the screen locks out in the process, the App shuts down and I have to start all over again. 2. Firmware update to a new sticker: It takes about 2 hours to update a sticker!!!! It updates, finish the update, and 2 seconds latter asks to update again, and again, and again......, and you get the idea. And you can't even use your phone in the processes, because that ends the update and you have to start all over again. 3. Wake the sticker to connect to it: The time it takes to wake a sticker up and connect to it is far to long. And in about half of the cases no connection was made even after over 10 minutes. And the sticker is less than 2 meters away from me in a direct line of sight. Restarting Bluetooth or the phone doesn't always solves this problem. Sometimes one sticker can be connected at ease while the other sticker keeps waking up for hours. If this was some cheap Chinese gadget, I could have said, "Oh well, you get what you paid for", but for the price I paid for this product, this is unacceptable.

The device looks great, awesome concept but the team has fallen short on the app development. Even to the point that the login in seems to be such poor quality that it takes forever to just log in. The app takes for ever to find a device, nevermind actually track it. I'm very disappointed. The branding fooled me. I will be returning this item.
