Stannp Postcards

Looked a good app, so I tried to test with the free postcard. Uploaded pic, added message, addressed it, tried to send & suddenly my free credit had disappeared. If the free credit had not been offered I'd have bought some, but since it was sneakily removed I have no trust in this app & will use something else for my holiday.

The whole description of this app is wrong. When you download it, you don't get the first postcard free as promised. Also, the cost of shipping the card is a lot more than advertised in the description. I don't know why anyone would buy a card when they get scammed out of their free one the second they enter their personal information. I don't trust companies that scam you from the get go.

Was promised free credits when registering. Haven't received any. I wanted to try it out and see if they quality is good before paying for credits.

Can't add text to image unless there's a secret to it. Can select font but that's where it stops??

Signed up for my free postcard but the credit disappears as soon as you've given your details. As I'd already selected the photo and typed the message and address I paid for a credit. Tried sending it but got an error message. Tried again and was told I had no credit, despite the bottom of the screen telling me I did. Complete rubbish and a waste of time.

I like the app, simple and effective. The preview text on the postcard is the wrong size and makes you think the text won't fit when printed. Keep improving!

My first account wouldn't allow me to send a free card. When I sent a postcard using the second account I made, the upper left corner of the image was tinted green. It was a black and white image. Below they say that they have strict quality control, I find this to be untrue.

No looking for postcards to send home. You can take your own pictures of the things that you want to share about your holiday. Be it a scenery shot a selfie. Your postcards will arive quickly and mine even get there before I get home. Great service thank you.

Great product love that you can "stick" them on the fridge now. Great customer service too. Any problems always sorted quickly

app used to be great. recently tried sending cards from the canaries to the UK they all failed to send. Attempted to resend same cards from within UK they all marked as sent but none arrived.

Unevenly printed with the edge of the next picture showing. Tried to complain and got no reply

Dont get free one free at all. Rip off

They state that the first card is free, but it asked me to pay!!

Won't do the first card for free

Service is good but is let down by a poor app. Keeps losing contacts and often has unknown errors preventing me from sending. App gives the option to add a caption but doesn't ask what you want to say on it.

Never received postcard

Great Fun

I spend many months overseas so this is great for sending little personalised updates to friends and family. I've not seen a delivered postcard yet, but my husband says they are good quality and he loves receiving them. I'm a charity worker and this will be great for showing appreciation to my supporters. The app is easy to use, even with the very slow Internet connection I have. This is currently my favourite application!!

I can't see the card I was sent. The email just links to this Google play page even after I've installed the app.

Used this for thank you cards on the birth of our baby boy. The personalised photos, perhaps wearing the gift given were extremely well received. Easy enough to use whilst feeding baby with the other hand!

This is my new favourite app. Love sending family postcards.

Since my S4 updated to 5.0.1 there is no option to edit images or add text to picture. Used to work well. Disappointed! :-(

Installed on my phone in an attempt to send the 'free postcard' offered. It won't let you send a free postcard via the website. After much editing on my phone, typing in a message (will only allow a very, very short message), typing in address etc it then tried to upload my postcard to send and told me I had insufficient credits (even though it clearly shows I have '1 credit' available). Waste of time!

I had no problems sending card at all...great fun and people rectifying cards loved the personal look.

So much easier and more personal than buying crappy postcards.
