Didn't load my tickets and despite I had screenshots just in case the app would work, people at the gate didn't let me in without showing them the bp on their app. Missed my flight because of the poor customer service. Ridiculous... won't use it anymore. Can't trust it...

Managed to make a basic journey difficult. Journey times/points change from one screen to the next - often defaulting to Liverpool street to stansted which is not help for people flying into London. It's one thing if these sort of problems can be sorted by good customer service (as you'd get with uber, deliveroo or airbnb), however with stansted express you basically get told 'tough s**t* and have to book again. I'll stick with heathrow when i'm next booking

Almost missed my train waiting for the ticket to load. The "Loading" circle just kept spinning for almost five minutes before the ticket finally loaded. Then the QR code wouldn't scan at the gate! Lucky there was staff on hand to let me through. The live timetable feature looks useful but I need my ticket to load when I want it, and for it to work! Uninstalling, will go back to using the website to purchase tickets.

Good for buying tickets and checking live departures. Terrible at integrating your existing account. Can't upload any of my existing tickets, the app keeps saying that the tickets were bought under a different account and therefore can't be imported (which isn't true: login into app is the same as the webaccount under which the tickets were purchased), unnecessary inconvenience.

I can't buy tickets since the circle just keeps loading. I can't upload my tickets since the same happens... This is only useful to check the train status and timetables.

Installed this to book a ticket and then be able to quickly access the QR code at the touch of a button when boarding the train. I got to the ticket gate and just got the whirling 'progress' circle for over five minutes and no QR code. Had to dig into my email to show the guard I'd actually purchased a ticket. It now does it even between selecting different pages within the app. Awful. Uninstalled.

Just doesn't do any live updates, it was stres me extra with cancelled info and when I arrived at the station all trains running normally. Is not good at all.

In principle it could be a great app. Unfortunately it takes up to 5 minutes to load the ticket. This is just rediculous and the only reason the app is terrible. Can it not save to the device after purchase? You close the app after boarding the train and then have to wait 5 minutes before you can leave the platform on arrival. If airlines can get their apps working well, don't see why this can't be!!!!
