Your technical support is Crap! Hours of phone calls and days waiting I spent trying to set this product up! Your staff clearly have no clue how to resolve or troubleshoot issues beyond asking, "Well, did you re-install the APP"? Or transferring my call around because they don't know how to solve a simple problem. I will NEVER do business with STAPLES again after this pathetic show of incompetence. I will do my best to tell my peers and people in the business world to avoid any dealings with STAPLES, a company that allows its employees who represent them to lie and mislead and basically do all they can to just get the consumer off the phone.

If you want your funds to get delayed every time you have a transaction over $100 you will get along well with this joke of a company. Expect big headaches! Any other card reader service is an improvement from this Staples Card Reader.

I like the app. Wish it would store the inventory so you could move it to the sim card or too an SD card so it would be portable to a replacement phone.

I swiped a card on Friday, it is now Wednesday and still has not been deposited into my account. I call customer service, they of course send me back and forth with no one knowing what in the world they are doing. Customer Service is terrible and no help at all. I just want my money deposited so I can cancel this mess of an app.

Save the time and headaches these people cause, if you know anything about merchants well Staples is good for selling paper clips not being a professional Merchant service. Go with Flagship dot com, or simply the square will do immediate transactions for you, this is a JOKE! P.S. over a week now for a refund on 10K that they never released to my account, said 1-3 days after cancled

Horrible system. Takes three days to even approve an account. Then the monthly five dollar minimum fee is a joke. Save the time and hassle and buy a square reader.

The worst service I have ever used. Verification took almost 2 months, and charge the monthly minimum for that period. Customer support is non-existing, the one I talked to named Isabel is rude and says she is the only customer service there and refuse me to talk to her supervisor because I am the manager, not the owner. Switched to Square already, in only 30 mins I can start using their services and no hassle at all.
