Looks nice, but proves to be quite user-unfriendly. Why should one need an app, if all the news and messages can be received only by mail... Good half of the promotions offered for the card holders can't be accessed via the app. I find the dashboard not particularly helpful and rather confusing. What i like is the quality of the support service, with their promt andwers and really customer-focused approach.

Missing reload via PayPal or Google wallet. The payment feature via bar/blockcode seems a bit touchy, would've preferred NFC.

The session time is extremely short and since 2 days it does not even login anymore!!!

Every attempt to log in was unsuccessful. Unfortunately Starbucks has stopped. After about 10 times and few uninstall/install I lost interest. Cannot waste so much time in vain.

Ich finde es ziemlich witzlos wenn eine firma mails mit verweis auf eine app versendet die den login dauernd wegen eines systemfehlers abbricht.
