I've added 25 cards into the apps, the apps take forever to load when i wanna pay, your design does not allow me to sort the cards which containt credits to the most left, which i ended up have to transfer the amount of my new card to the most left sided card. Improve this app please, cause i have to use it everyday. Still freakin slow loading the app, both android and ios.

I tried many times to reset my passcode but i still face the same problem. I reset my passcode and manage to login using my web browser. But when i want to login uaing this app, it just pop out and say its a invalid email or password. Im sure that i didnt type wrong the password. Please fix this bug as soon as possible, ive face this problem for few months

I dont understand why I cannot log in to my account using my data plan. Im using Fast 4G LTE data plan with 8 GB per month. Its fast enough to be logged in in this app. It says internet connection is required to proceed. But i just can proceed if and only if it is connected to wifi. And I have to log in again and again everytime I open the apps (with wifi only also).

From 5 star to 2 star. Why is the reload function is down up until now? Its been like years since its functioning well. As a regular, I would love to see the app function properly as its interface stated so. But this, I'm quited dissapointed in you guys.

Nice app but app required too much permissions which I don't see the app required, making me worry the app is collect my data unknowingly in exchange for the petite discount purchase. If true, then I have the feeling of being cheated. Hope Starbucks explained the use of each permission.

My starbucks balance as per my card reduced without it being used and when i try to follow up through the App it breaks down saying "Unfortunately starbucks Malaysia has stopped" and even through their website my login details are not accepted, so i cant even login. I am hating it soo much

After updating my password and was able to log in to the web browser. Then i was not able to log in to the app. Tried few times and some resets and im sure the password is correct. I only found the root cause was due to the password lenght that is allowed by system. I was using a 16 char long password but did not realize it accepcted only up to 15 characters. May not be an app issue but very bad that it does not tell you the password length limit requirements.

The apps was functioning with a slow timing, everythings was slow even I wanna to sign in to view my cards. The bar code of each cards was too slow to appear and often need me to wait for a long time when I was purchasing my beverage. Hope you guys can redesign the interface of the starbucks cards preview too, hopefully it can be designed as the columns form with the cards' pictures and the amount money that was in the cards. I'll give a 5 stars rating if all the problems was solved,, much appreciate it...

Great app overall for managing and having many cards to access in one user friendly app. The screen become very dimmed whenever the done button is pressed in the card tho. Besides always logged in sometimes still logged out if app not used for some time.

I have been buying more than 10 beverages (frappucino) and more than 10 food items (raspberry cheesecake) as well. However, my purchase count still below 10 items. I am so frustrated.

Takes forever to load just one card. Crashes frequently while loading. Unable to detect internet and fails to log in due to that. Please don't release half-baked products like this app.

After login, always prompt me 'check your internet connection' when navigating btw my rewards & manage card buttons. Thereafter, apps won't work and even not displaying credit balance. This happened everytime i login to the apps.

Takes years to update an app that a lot of people are using. Promised a better version 1.0.4 but it never came. Probably won't come until next decade. Notifications cannot be opened and read, no history of the notifications. Many issues and yet no updates to fix.

I always received notification about the promotions, eg. Americano for RM3.90, tall brew for RM7, etc... but when I go to purchase, the staff told me there's no such promotion... Disappointment!!!

I fairly able to view my cards' details as well as my rewards. I don't is your server issue or my phone problem. I guess you will blame my phone instead. If a samsung note 5 could not load the detail smoothly, I can't imagine for other phone. Your app should be universal at least or you will prefer me to get a better phone?

1. Its great, loads nicely. I have multiple cards on my acc and I used it quite often. Don't know why people complain about it loading too slow or doesn't load at all. 2. It never lags!!! 3. It might need an update on the design but still, if it works its fine. 4. Like srsly, I have never had a problem with this app. Wht the hate people?

Error 2009! App is crashing when I clicked on Pay button on my Huawei Mate 9. Need to pay cash and lost earning loyalty due to the App. Back to physical card now.

My app not able to connect to my account.. also i bought a tumbler but the reward was not reflected even after a week. Eventhough your barista said it will reflect in my card or virtual card in 48 hours.

Quite convenience to view my card balance and rewards. However, the 2015 Edition Red Cup Card image is being stretched on Android and looks weird. In iOS it looks just nice. Please fix it xD..

Apparently majority of users were having the same problem as we cant log in due to internet connection, as what as the app said. I think this app needs a version upgrade ASAP. I believe you guys are still working it out. Thanks for the services you guys has been provided all these while. Keep it up!

I've used it over 7x to buy food but on the reward said I used once. Wth? And also about the drink, visiting Starbuck over 20x all this while but on the card said 5? Seriously Starbuck Malaysia?? If I misunderstood, please write a better description with details. And as I changed to the new card, why I have to register again the new card? Why don't you put it on the same account? I'm gonna lose my points..gosh ONE MORE, is there any option to change my email? I hope you read this. Seriously I feel cheated.

Take times to load especially when I want to transfer funds. And the info take times to be updated while I already knew it somewhere else. Quite disappointed. Starbucks should improve of this...

Stated under "What's New" that the reload function is currently unavailable & will resume by mid Aug 2015. This is due to switching to a new payment gateway which is currently 'Work In Progress'. That is where all the latest info will be made available,do check out regularly. As for the excessive loading time,please use either data or wifi. Do not turn on both at the same time. By the way,the new version is up for update/download.

Says no Internet everytime I try loging in, I have 4G! Did a speed test, WhatsApp came in.. Even Starbucks store maps in the app loaded! Can't find my physical card, guess it's no Starbucks coffee for now..
