Start Rescue

Car battery went down today, I went to euro car parts and bought a brand new battery. Then I called to start-rescue, customer service were very helpful, they've arranged a mechanic who arrived within an hour and replaced the old battery with the new one, thank you!

I have had to use start rescue twice in 1 week here is the catch they don't tell you. You not allowed to use start rescue for same thing and you only get 6 call outs a year so after that you screwed. Also last time I used it they damaged my car and start rescue refuse to take responsibility for it they said I signed paper telling them I was happy with recovery. They wanted me to pay £120 to take my car 3 miles down the road back to my house for damage they caused so now I have to pay £1200 to fix my car.

My brother's car broke down last week and the recovery car was there exactly 20 mins after we informed them and provided great service. Now I am using Start-Rescue too for my car. Great service for low price

Tried to use the app this morning to report a breakdown but can't get any further than reporting I'm at home. Bug that needs fixing otherwise what's the point of the app. Not impressed.

I had a rest due to back problem left my ignition on for an hour and was chrging our battery up when I tried to start the car I th would not called them came in 15 mins starred my car and was on my way great service .I would recommend anytimetimw

Suggestions: add a working link to your website. And include possibility of buying ad hoc services e.g. european breakdown straight from the app.

Development idea: maps; policy expiry date There were a few....the app is a good idea but it has too little usage other than a posh phone caller ehen you breakdown. I could put the number in my phone and save the app space for somethinf else. Please think outside the box....and maybe a little inside it too. Your peers expanded their apps long ago. Just a thought. ????

Keep getting ironic message "Unfortunately, Start Rescue has stopped"

I am using Start Rescue service but this review is only about their app. I have got this app working altering my setting and restarting my phone.

Best service used twice in a year, recovered within 40 mins, update calls received every 20 mins. Great service

Don't work.I'm with start rescue and all i get is the title but no words and then crashes. :-(

Excellent price for the cover I need. Didn't increase the price when I renewed either. I had to use the service once last year and received excellent customer service, even though the recovery truck got delayed on the motorway after an accident (which was genuine) and I had to wait. The customer care team called me every 20-30mins to make sure I was ok and to keep me updated with the ETA. Recovery operator was very friendly and took great care over my car and took me to my choice of garage. Highly recommended.

Can't beat their price anywhere, Was recommended from a friend who works for a well know recover service!!!

App has disappeared since update a couple of days ago

Vehicle breakdown /recovery

When i try to register it is asking me for a policy no. Havent got one yet. i have paid membership any ideas please. Got that sorted, thanks. Now have a bigger problem didn't realise until I started to read documents that it will only cover a car under ten years old. Mine is a Y reg. which I believe is 99/2000. Would I be able to claim a refund please. Thank you.

I broke down and within 30 minutes someone was there & it was 4.45 PM rush hour. Great app , great service and very economical. Thank you

The app works well and Start Rescue are the best priced service I've found. I have used them once and found the app to work well.

App is easy to use..called me straightaway......Used smart rescue only twice in three years..always with me within 30 mins...

Very happy with the price as competitors offer 80 for the same service as start rescue offers for 18.79 !, hope i wouldnt be in a situation for calling though hehe

Excellent app, broke down, used app to call for help and within minutes got a call back from customer services team. Within of 40 minutes had someone out to me.

Easy to download and use. Just hope i never need to use it for real.

If this is as good as the service provided by Rescue then the App should be brilliant .

Great app

Great app, hopefully I won't breakdown and have to use it. But great to have it readily available on my phone should I need it.
