Hornbill Blue is the official e-ticketing mobile app of Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Services (APSTS). An e-governance initiative of APSTS, this app is the first of its kind in the entire North East India.
Now book bus tickets for all routes running through Arunachal Pradesh and choose from over 100 buses. You can now transact on the app using online banking, credit cards/debit cards & mobile wallets. Now, you can book your bus tickets on the move with the Hornbill Blue app.

I was overwhelmed by d news that our state transport has launched this App. Ironically,no data found when I tried to book from Rowta to Itanagar. Worst app! Don't deserve even zero star..You guys should be fired from this job. Are u guys get paid just merely launching this app??

Worst App.... If your doing something do it in a correct way. Don't just pretend of doing it . No use can't even book for naharlagun to itanagar . Data not found who is going to update that data. Arunachal People of khusi khusi attitude .. most irritating state of whole india.

No data found for Pasighat. Are you guys kidding? I tried to book a ticket from Naharlagun to Pasighat, but failed. Your app is meant for different planet. annoyed!

This is a fantastic initiative. The app may not be as good as others but I am happy that our state dept has atleast taken a step towards the right direction. The effort is appreciable. Please keep it updated and ensure its smooth functioning. Initially there will be a lot of glitches and lot of negative remarks but just stay focused and keep the app rolling. I am sure someday it will be successful then people will start appreciating the people whi started this app. All the Best and strive for improvements. Never lose heart.
