Just what I need: a bunch of simple and quick workouts. No bells, whistles and the kitchen sink. An exercise library to peek the workouts and warmup and cool down routines would be nice addition.

Saying that tabata kettlebell workout is for beginners gives this app ???????????? The principal behind tabata is that you work as hard as you can at very high exertion for 20 secs then rest for 10 secs, and repeat this 8 times. Swinging a kettlebell as hard and as fast as you can will lead to injury and most likely death!
