These workouts are simple 30 day Plank workout plans. You do increasing time of planks each day.
In the challenges you have 1 exercise which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise will increase day by day to help you build up your muscle strength gradually, with a few rest days to ensure you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
