NI Traffic - Northern Ireland

Before you set-out on your daily commute, use NI Traffic to see live road conditions, and find out about problems on the roads. Save yourself time and money by knowing what's just up ahead. We show you live traffic cameras from around NI, provide up-to-the-minute news of incidents, road closures and alerts, live traffic congestion maps for the whole of Northern Ireland and constantly updating info on all services at Translink, Belfast City Airport, Belfast International Airport, City of Derry Airport, Stena updates and more.

We collect data from all around the web including the Roads Service, BBC, Met Office etc. This information is publicly available for free all copyright belongs to them. NI Traffic collects all such data sources and presents them in a clean, clear, user-friendly way - saving you time trawling through endless websites just to find out what's going on.
This app will save you time (journey time, and web browsing time), and money (by not wasting fuel idling in traffic), and give you more time at work or with your family by helping you know which routes are quickest.

From Belfast to Bangor, Newry to Newtownabbey, or Carrickmacross to Carrickfergus - this app is the best way to manage your route effectively. The live map covers all of the UK and Ireland so you can also find out about traffic congestion on any road, in any town such as Dublin or Dungannon. If you're a driver who will be driving to or through Northern Ireland, NI Traffic will save you time and money.

For the road conditions we provide live tweets from the PSNI's Road Policing unit, as well as BBC NI Travel and Trafficwatch NI. For the public transport feeds we live tweets from all the Translink services including Belfast Metro, Goldline, Ulsterbus and NI Railways trains. We also have the City of Derry Airport, George Best Belfast City Airport and the International Airport for the skies and Stenaline tweets for the ports. P&O and Strangford Lough don't currently have a relevant Twitter feed and the other ports don't have high passenger numbers.
