About Stock and Inventory Simple
Our application provides simple way to manage and control your stock using your mobile device.
Maintain products catalog (Name, Barcode, Photo) including quantity in stock. Recently we have also added ability to create product Groups (folders) for Goods.
Speed up Inventory process using your camera as barcode scanner.
Create documents:
- Incoming - to register goods arrival to stock (check in);
- Outgoing - to register goods leaving stock (check out);
- Inventory - to perform inventory-taking process and adjust quantities in catalog to match actual physical count.
You can add items to document in a variety of ways:
- Select item from goods catalog (you can search it by name);
- Scan item's barcode with your camera;
- Import from Excel spreadsheet (use Settings to define columns for import);
Other features:
- export documents to Excel spreadsheet (for example, you can implement exchange with your back-office software this way);
- send documents to E-mail, Google Drive, Dropbox;
- backup and restore your database;
- setup convenient document colors;
- search, sort and filter lists of goods and documents;

Privacy permissions required by our application:
android.permission.CAMERA is used for taking pictures of goods and scanning barcodes;
android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS is used solely to provide your e-mail address when you send us feedback so that we can reply to your message;

Really like this app. The photos are exactly what I needed, I am an artist, so anything that can help me keep track of what I have is a winner. Can't export from goods yet, hopefully I will be able to make an inventory sheet from my goods pages. I would like to see an additional space under the photo to add a description, a checkbox for items sold, a pricing tag, and perhaps a way to track the number available. Wow, that's alot. Sorry! You created a great little app. Thank you very much.

Clean, simple, no adds so far. Better than all other 10 inventory apps I tried. Im jusing it for home stock inventory of food items. Please add option for spontanious product addition in batch scaning mode when a new Item is encountered and make group selection part of the item initial imput screen. Perferably with group catagory scroll down n select menu

Hello you need to add the sale button, or something like that, so when a goods is sold than I press the sale button in stock and it will automatically decrease the stock and put it in outgoing product, In case I am selling a tshirt, maybe need to add more information for example, Size and colour,,, I try to make in on the group, but the group image can't be changed I need your reply, to make this app going better

Works great! I'm working as a warehouse storeperson and the scan is working pretty good. The import/export feature with Excel document is really handy. Great app to have if your work environment doesn't have scanner. Recommended.
