Terrible service. Gives incorrect information. Cancels booking at the last moment even if it was confirmed long ago. Else will offer you a pathetic car, with no features and ask higher rate. To anything you ask, their answer is "no"!

Worst service in India... drivers behaviour is horrible especially in pondicherry.and the person who book and take our call doesn't know English. Pondicherry is a tourist place ,many non Tamil speaking people come to visit..there behaviour is too rude .. don't choose this service..not safe.. pathetic service .

Just downloaded this app to write review. Very poor service...i called them in an emergency situation but dey disconnected the call.if you dont give 24 hours service, why y u hv given fake advertisement as 24 hours service

Worst app ever,booked a cab to catch a flight as I didn't want to risk booked via app also called cc for confirmation and didn't get driver details at all and got a call an hour late.totally useless uninstalling.

Most worst and f...... Service. Till you call the cab not assigned even after booking in advance... Cab arrives late... When u ask to take to usual route, Driver takes u round the whole city on the pretex of less kilometer package. The distance which takes 45 min, I reach in 2 hr... You call customer care he says change package. Horrible to the core... I felt like launching a police complaint for customer haressment

Worst experience ever. They don't understand abt our emergency. And trying to fool us. I booked my cab around 9 PM . cab reached us @ 11 PM to pickup that too non-AC cab when I booked AC suv. Their Customer care is great in lying and making excuses. Keep it up. Gonna uninstall. Irresponsible fastrack

This is one of the best taxi service in chennai, when called on its telephone. But the app experience is totally worst. 1. Online payment not convinient 2. Not sending trip receipts by mail like ola/uber, even though 3. In spite of taking trips, trip history showing as empty. Please do the benchmarking of your app with Ola/uber.

this app is only creating ruckus and fight between poor taxi drivers and poor customers. it's sub standard interface is creating confusions and unnecessary parallel bookings. spoils your mood and day. They have to improve a lot to save customers and drivers.

Inhuman treatment. Booked cab from Bangalore to Chennai with is no.45280. Senior citizens travelling and were dropped in the outskirts of Chennai and charged with extra money Contacting fast track since last night least bothered to even talk or respond properly. Going to file a consumer forum case against company Senior citizens travelling admitted in hospital

Fraud app. Cancelling the booking at neck of the moment. Don't trust this. So cheapest network. If you try to call them, they won't pick up the call. Bitter experiences we experienced.

Absolutely useless app since it cannot pickup the proper location. Not getting proper response from customer care about this issue. Never ever think of installing this app.

Just a very bad app I never used before.. Everytime it's locate my location incorrect only.. It never correct even I was raised complain in their customers care..

Booking ID AB051562995,taxi no. TN 22 CL 8197, Chennai airport to saidapet, forgot to ask the name of the driver but excellent service and courteous driver. Will keep using fasttrack as long as such drivers are employed. Fare costed just 160. Kudos to the team

Too bad experience in first time of ride itself and the driver charged Rs.200 more than the amount shown in the app.. if my next ride is worst the same then I'm never recommend anyone

This app did not start. Dead on arrival Update 14/04/17: Got new update. It is still dead. I was hoping to see it launch because I sent them the email with this issue.
