Stroll Guam

Used while visiting Guam. Few problems. Like uber it ask you if it's okay to charge a little bit more when the man is higher. However unlike over it does not give you the final amount you will pay after the higher-cost. For example my 17.89 ride with x1.2 more because of demand turned out to be some $25.xx. If I would have known it was going to be that much I would have used Fukuda bus service where the round trip would have been $6. Needless to say I felt a little ripped. Another issue when booking a ride for a later time when it gets accepted it just says booked. It would have been nice to know not only that it has been booked, but also the name of the driver and drivers vehicle so that I may be a bit more reassured that the driver is coming to pick me up and he is aware of that later pickup time. In this case since I was not sure of whether or not it was booked between my friend and I mistakenly bought three vehicles to come pick us up for the same time. The system and app seems to need more work. Especially when it comes to calculating the correct amount the writers will pay.

Drivers came fast, much cheaper than a taxi, and friendly service . I've used it twice now.

Decent app, but a price quote before conformation would be good so I don't have to review with my bank/card to see how much the ride cost.

Charged me a cancelation fee even wheb its the drivers fault. Been waiting for 2 hours when i cancelled the ride bc the driver wasnt moving from his orig spot. Tried calling several times. But nothing. Bogus and rip off.

Great way to get around and meet local people. Only reason 4 star and not 5 is that it is really difficult to get a car before 4 p.m.

Great idea...which is why im so disapponted that it doesnt work. Ive tried connecting to this app multiple times...i get error messages. Tried getting a new password...more error messages. Xmas and new year are right around the corner, and im ready to give you my money, Stroll. Please get in touch when this business or at least the app (with a more secure payment method) is functioning and i will give you a try.

Why do you need to turn off the ability for other apps to show overlays just to use this one.

Might as well just bring Uber or Lyft to Guam.

Its cool they are trying to bring a Uber like service to Guam but the app does not work. Perhaps in another year it will work.

Will not send me a text or email to verify number so I won't be able to use it when I get to guam?!

It will not let me past the validate screen. It says it is sending me a txt or email with the 4 digit number but i have not recieved anything. Then i try to sign up for a regular account instead of using google or facebook and it says my email and phone number are already taken. So if you can fix this issue for me ill change my rating
