Lost On Campus

This is a very helpful app, helped me out heaps in my first weeks at my new campus.

Loved it, so helpful! couldn't recommend a better app!

Easy to navigate

At first it was excellent but something is wrong with it and now the line that used to show up on the map and the mins that used to show up has all disappeared and there is only a dot on the map. How will I know if I'm going in the right direction?

Ever since studentVIP was added to the app, it requires logins that are completely unnecessary. It also by default requests (if you choose to login via Facebook) your friends list as well as your other details. A complete invasion of privacy for a simple mapping program. I will not be using this app until the studentVIP login is removed...

I like the app and it is somewhat useful but being unable to zoom in on the map means I have to be on campus and reasonably close to the building to see it on the map. Not very handy at all when I want to figure out where my classes are from home!

The fact that this app will not run without extensive unwanted subscriptions and invasion of privacy is bullshit. Will not use.

App looks really nice

I think there is a lot that can be improved upon but it is a great start. If i am able to put in my units for my semester, the tools such as the map, tutoring and notes should have functions that are specific to those units. Such as helping me find where each unit is in which block and where to go. Maybe i could put in my timetable so that it could further help me organise where i have to be at what time. I think it's redundant to enter in the units your doing but then having to consistently re-enter it when looking for tutors or notes. Maybe have the app preemptively put it in or give the tutors/notes available for the units I'm doing straight away. So far so good. Hope you progress this further cause it has so much potential. Thanks!

So far so good. I haven't actually used it though. Once I test it I probably give you 5 stars, but take 4 for now

Cannot sign up due to connection error. Problem persists even when on 4G/ Wifi. UPDATE: Since update the application has become usable and you can now create accounts.

Unable to login via Facebook. StudentVIP login works fine using my phone browser but it doesn't wprk in the App.

Asking for way too much information before you can access

The map was squeezed into the top quarter of the screen with 3/4 blank space to write whether I liked the building I couldn't find. Please let me expand the map easily. Searching was great, the line linking me to building was great. Compass was confusing I couldn't tell north from south by the icon until I located myself. This app has so much potential but I feel let down. A few small changes to improve user experience would get 4 stars.

Tried connecting via wifi and still encountered the same problem even tried connecting without the gps on but same error message appears no matter what internet connection I'm connected to...On Samsung s4

This app lack accuracy, the navigation is the worst I have seen/use. If you need to know the history of your uni building, then this app is for you but don't try to locate the building bcause you mind end up in Africa or Asia.

You can't zoom in when your location is on the map. When it's not, you can zoom in, but then it zooms back out every 30 or so seconds. I had it on my windows phone without issues. It's disappointing how frustrating the android version is

The app progresses to the stage of it goes in circles, when it continually prompts me for my campus location, which it cannot ever perform the act of listing the campuses before the time runs out, asking me to "Retry". It's getting too painful, rather stay lost.

I've input my details, but it crashes every time it tries to load buildings.

Just needs an update at Curtin to include new buildings and the parking that disappeared, ie building 410.

Having problem to open the map, can't even find any building near to me.Not working at all.

This app asks you to sign up, which requires your name, type(stdent, vistors or stuff), your email and a lot of your other personal information, and then it crushes. You sold all your personal information for nothing.

And since melbourne has like 5 gazllion buildings, i sortof would like to be able to see what direction to go.

The new MSD building has been open for months now, and still there is no update, and the old map is showing. Useless.

But privacy concerns and out of date maps are two biggies.

wont let you zoom in so you cant really see where youre supposed to go. Also it would be helpful of it showed what way your phone was facing as then i would know if i was walking the right way :) other than it's good, havent experienced any crashing yet like some other people
