I can't even log in. The Submit button on the login screen doesn't do anything on my Galaxy 7. Loved the old app. This one is worthless.

The new revision is the worst. Constantly get error codes. Overly complicated to make sandwich. History worked much better than favorites.

The new layout is nice but it took me awhile to figure out how to remove items from a sandwich. Subway is always made to order, so why does a sandwich automatically come with all of the stuff on it and it's up to me to go into some secret window (which by the way is a "+" sign that says "extras". Nothing about changes or removals. Incredibly confusing) and remove each individual item.

New app design is trying to simplify things, But it is more difficult to navigate through ordering. It was much better when it was simple and not full of needless graphics and pictures. Everyone knows what the toppings are, showing a picture of a sandwich as you assemble it doesn't make it easier or better to order from. The old app less time consuming and much more efficient to order from. It took me an additional 2.5 minutes to navigate and order from this new app design. I'm pretty tech savvy, and this is just annoying.

I want to pay with the app, check. need rewards card linked to in app pay, used to be, not any more. See payment history, no more. But I sure can find the very Subway I've literally been driving myself to for 30 years, and eating at for​ 35. I do not need help finding a restaurant that has more locations than McDonald's. Less emphasis on maps, I have figured out Google maps. More emphasis on actual Subway functions​.

I'd give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, on the Note 5 one can't order any chips. Looks like the programmers wrote to much info about the chips. When choosing quantity of chips the add button disappears on the bottom with no way to scroll down or up to view the add button. In all it makes that part of the app useless.

Since the 7.0 update this app is garbage. Runs terrible on my S7, takes forever to navigate around, the ux is the worst I have seen in my life... Oh and the local stores do not get my orders since this mess went live... Roll it back or no one will use this.

I really liked the previous version of this app. It was intuitive and easy to use. The new one? Not so much. It may have added a couple of new features (nothing huge), but the interface feels clumsy and difficult to navigate. I previously used the history for reordering my favorites. It retained my comments (which I use a lot) and the payment selection was easy. I was hoping that the new "favorites" option would build on that. Instead, I have to retype my instructions each time I order. In addition, it took a couple of orders for me to realize that the payment method was defaulted to my paypal account. (It wouldn't allow me to set my Subway card as the default.) Hence I lost points on those transactions and have to remember to reselect the Subway card with each order. I would not consider this "upgrade" a step forward... quite the opposite in fact.

I used to love this app, it was so easy to use, but since the update though it is ridiculous. I was to able to put in previous order as favorite, but can longer press it and order. Plus, even under all sandwiches , it is not even there anymore. I cant remove the toppings. I tried to do a similar sandwich but i cant add the turkey. (I usually got the turkey italiano). Im sure i probably wont be able to use previous payment metbods. I never got that far to see if can or not because everything else didnt work.

Old App won't work! Update kept failing! Cannot access my account! Must fix as soon as possible! Going to lose a lot of business! New updated app will not allow me to pay for my order in store! Every time there is an update, more problems are created.

did anyone even test this update before it was released? cuz if someone tested this app and the gave it the green light should be fired.... no more order to go from this phone.... hassle isnt worth it... used to be able to select from previous order and just click re-order... 2 seconds and done.... now takes 10 minutes and can' t change location or payment method or order from past orders or save favirites.... done with this app...

I tried to use the app today to order a favorite sandwich, but I found the favorite was inextricably linked to the store location. It appears there is no way to have a favorite that you can order from a variety of locations. I guess Subway thinks favorites are only ordered from the same store all the time.

The newest update of this app sucks. I update, figure out the irritating new features, and at the very end it tells me "internal error: store not accepting orders." Really helpful..... Every time you all update, the roll out is ALWAYS terrible. Get it together!

Horrible update. Keeps me logged in and doesn't require password to access credit card info. Or order food. Cant transfer gift card balance from one card to another like the old version. Until you can fix these issues, I am going to have to uninstall app and get my lunch from a company that cares about their customers payment security.

Like everyone else, I can't log in. Literally nothing happens when pressing the button. I even tried doing the carriage return (enter) on the keyboard and still nothing. So much for using my subway funds...

I liked this app better before it got updated. The app chose what I wanted on my sandwich for me with no option to take off the stuff I don't want. If someone is allergic to something this could be very dangerous. I used it for convenience, but it's just not anymore.

You have to sign up just to browse their menu. They could use this as a way to showcase their sandwiches, but they insist on getting a commitment from you first. I already get enough junk mail.

No longer works, the system charged my card but lost the order! Pros: can input your gift card and see the balance. Cons: even back when this app used to work there was no way to communicate special instructions, and no way to tell when a store was out of an item. Now you can't pay at the register. When you order online, the register used to print out a receipt with your order on it and make some noise. That isn't working any more, either, the system charged my card but lost the order!

Not loving the new app. It allows me to sign in but I can't order anything over the app anymore. Every time I try to order my favorited items it gives an error. Same when doing a manuel order.

I really liked it before the latest update! It's gotten more complicated. The dirty looks walking to the front of the line to grab your sandwich is worth it though!

WARNING! Horrible update. It will likely send your order to the wrong store. It's less convenient and seems like it was designed to look appealing only to small children. The "modify" button does not allow you to remove an ingredient. Grade: F-

App says order cannot be processed at this time. Guess what! This app can be processed for uninstalled at this time!!! Bye bye app. New layout is terrible and not used friendly. Someone needs to Lose their job at this company for designing it

I don't know if you all went to the same place hulu went for their app updates but it is awful. Used to be great...now super bad. Won't use it again till it changes.

I miss the old version. It used to take me 2 mins to order for my kids and I and now it takes way longer. The older version was so simple to navigate. If you wanted more of something or less you just slid it over now its just complicated, time consuming. And for the record subway needs to increase the cook time on Bacon! No matter if I tell them in the comment box or in person at multiple locations its NEVER crispy. Who wants floppy/stringy Bacon?! Completely ruins my sub and I end up taking it off.

Horrible!! Since this update, I can't get logged in. I've even tried resetting the password thinking that would work...NOPE! I've had numerous validation codes sent to me, and none of them work. The other app was better. Why try to fix something when it's not even broke?

Anyone teaching a class on user experience can point to this app and its recent update for a prime example off what not to do. It used to be great and intuitive, now they tried to get fancy, and it's so much worse. Keep it simple.

They got it better and worse at the same time,, now I can order a drink but not without hassle of backing all over the place to do it, they can cut a lot off that fluff , make it more user friendly and allow me to use my point balance on checkout we will be. On to something, I also have to hit my profile and manually log out everytime

The previous version of this app was fantastic with clean navigation, the new version as of May 18th is borderline useless and completely junked up by ugly picture based navigation. Changing your bread and understanding if it's toasted or not is a hassle. You messed up subway, change it back.

This app is total trash? I like spinach on tuna sandwiches. How do I add that? Sorry not allowed, all you can have for toppings​ are what they say you can have. I also like cheese. Sorry, that's verboten too. The old app was bad. This is even worse!

This app is bloody terrible. It took me 20 minutes to set up 3 sandwiches. Every time I wanted to change something, it had to load everything all over again. Navigating just flat out stinks.

The old app worked great, but for whatever reason they replaced it with a completely new one that is not as easy to use and was clearly rushed to release before it was ready. Sometimes the login button does nothing. Many buttons are too small, and sometimes appear to do nothing but then react a few seconds later. Sometimes you press them and get a timeout error after a minute or so. Tried to order today and just got 'An unexpected error occurred' whenever I tried to order a favorite. Honestly not worth using any more.

I HATE the most recent update. I have log in every time...used to be able to get in with a saved passcode. Interface is sooooooo not as friendly. Bring back my old app!!!!

The old app WAS easy to use and made it great. Now this app sucks!!!!!! Before the sandwiches were listed without the ingredients they want you to have and now you can't customize like before. This new version is useless to me now.

As usual someone took a reasonably good app and broke it. Do their developers not understand testing? It won't let me sign in. When I went to change my password it told me the password was invalid but gave no clues as to why or what the pw requirements were. They lost my business until they fix it or beyond.

Subway had a great app until they decided to "improve" it...now it is terrible. Where to start...I have a terrible time saving a particular sandwich and getting the correct address into the system. They have stupid offers at the beginning of the screen and the process for making a custom sandwich is not intuitive. I really hope that subway switches back to the old app a LOT better..

Was able to customize an order just like you would in real life, but now the app doesn't allow for that any more. Would really like to have the old set up back, rather than having extra cheese for example be the only thing I can change. Also, cant check out. Thanks for taking a dump on an awesome app.

Would be nice if they had the store hours correct. I ordered a sub for 10:45 from across town, to pick up on my way to work. Got there and they were already closed. Ordered again the next night, for 10:45 and called to confirm, the lady tells me that they close at 10. Very disappointing...

I wish I could tell you anything about this app. I tried to sign in, but every code they emailed me was "invalid" and after an hour and 20 different validation codes used I gave up. Just avoid this app it's useless

This app is terrible I can't figure it out, nothing works right. I liked it before you updated it, Im not going there as much because of this app your losing my business because I use this app a lot and I don't have time to go stand in line. The app is not working.

I ordered 4 subs and they got 3 of the 4 wrong at the store. I tried to call to let them know and no one answered the phone.. for 30 minutes!
