I've had Neuropathy Pain for 6 years since Chemotherapy and this works well to Relax me for a little while. You can't lose downloading this. Although it doesn't make my pain 100% gone it does relax me for a while I use it twice a day and love her voice. Elizabeth has a very soothing Voice and gives you a hey its going be OK kind of feeling.

This woman knows hypnosis and she has the perfect voice to sooth-she puts me out within 5 minutes. I wake up with no pain. Gave a 4 for her saying "eyes feel like they are glued shut". Not a good visual.

I too suffer from fms and cfs. 20yrs. Have used this method years ago on cassette which in moving lost. Found this and was glad. Being psych major myself it's not as much being hypnotised as much as having your subconscious hear and accept her powerful positive suggestions. So don't give up if you don't feel hypnotised, keep with it. Let your mind subconsciously accept suggestions. She has great voice. Only thing that bothers me is squaking birds. Being in pain loud sharp noise bothers me a lot.

I suffer from moderate to severe lower back and sciatica pain. Also, I am now 4 months pregnant, with new aches and pains. Aside from pain, I suffer from insomnia. The first night I listened to this, I don't remember getting through more than 10 minutes before sleeping. That day, my pain was tolerable. Night 2 of listening->day 2, I had ANOTHER good pain day. Not perfect, but noticeably better. It's not a coincidence. The hypnosis is working. This is now part of my bedtime routine. Thanks!!

I really like this application, but the issue I have comes from the length of the audio file. She states that the session is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. However, I find that I only get about 30 minutes. Please fix this!!!!

I had major reconstructive ankle surgery yesterday, and I do not respond to opiate pain meds, so pushing through recovery in a LOT of pain. This app helps tremendously while I'm in bed and waiting out the first 3 days of hell. I listen to it every few hours, similar to if I were taking pain meds. It's super helpful!

I've found temporary relief for several minor episodes. The messaging helps calm my body from the inside out. (I don't leave the app on my device since it requires access to so much personal info, and uninstall soon after using. If there was a paid version with less permissions, I'd be interested.)

Very relaxing, soothing. Message that you can do anything you set your mind to and that you can be painfree after just listening once is overly optimistic and unrealistic for most pain patients.
