Bought this 60€ controller, connection is fine, but can't get it to work. The remote control works, but if I try to bind it to the app, the remote stops working and the app never works.

I've got this app installed to control over 40m of RBGWW LED ribbon in 4 separate areas and it works really well. I particularly like the fact that I can set the lights to react to the microphone in my phone to create a disco effect. The controls on the app are MUCH more intuitive and easier to use than controlling the lights through a multi switch. In the earlier version, it wouldn't connect to my house wifi via android 7 but the latest update had fixed this. Thank you. A great free app.

Will not connect to me wifi

V2.6 not working with home wifi network, previous version worked fine.

I think what happened is that Android added security protection to our phones. So now we can not connect to an SSID that isn't connected to the real internet. Prevents spoofing SSID to get your data, but also blocks this kind of app. I would love it if someone could: A confirm that this is the issue, and 2 Find a way to work around or fix this, perhaps putting the phone in a mode that lets it connect to this type of non-AP (SSID broadcasting device) and not share secure data but still control the lights.

This app no longer works with v3.8. PLEASE POST THE PRIOR RELEASE THAT DID WORK!!!!!!!!!
