App doesn't have room to put in password in order to log in

Can't get to work right. Reloaded and same problem. App does not have my coupons or my shopping list that I put on farm fresh website. Even though same log in on both.

I never saved money with my rewards barcode, why?.... Why cant I pull up the prices of any thing before I gp to the store and buy it?????

Lags, won't let me login. This app was recommend while at farm fresh a few months ago. Needless to say, the first time it worked fine.. now every time thereafter, I've had to uninstall and reinstall, for it to work whatsoever.

App scanned in store and caused my double coupons to disappear today. Rather than getting credit for the paper coupons I had already given the cashier, it scanned an e-coupon and dropped credit for my paper coupons. The cashier never gave me the unused paper coupons back. :( This app sucks. It shouldn't do that.

Ads and lists are fine, but I can place orders for pick up or delivery from the website but not in the app. I don't need another app on my phone with weaker features than the store website. Point of a store app should be to replace me having to go to the website. This one fails at that.

Can not locate any Rx#, why have the app if it doesn't work.... Uninstalling

Logged out last month and havent been able to log back in since keep getting a error message.

Have issue retrieving Friday Freebie info.

This app used to work great, but since the updated version, the scanner for prescription refills does not work. Needs to be fixed! 3 months later and it still doesn't work!!!

This app could be much better if you included a shopping list with the prices of all the items. I get that's a lot of work, but if I could know how much I'm going to spend at the store before going, I would shop at farm fresh more than aldis....

Pretty big glitch for a shopping app. Coupons are good though

I Love going to Farm Fresh because we have to buy all kinds of stuff.

Without fail attempting to use this app results in a manager needing to be called and asking me to prove I have actually selected these coupons. So frustrating

Make sure you close this app when you leave the store, it will drain your battery. Please fix. There is no reason this app needs the same location accuracy as navigating.

Coupons loaded with the app do not double in the store, so if you find a better paper coupon for a product, and don't want to use the e-coupon, too bad ur stuck with it!!

I love the shopping here!! Their customer service is great.

Weekly ad

This app does NOT want to save coupons, which is especially annoying since it takes a very, very long time to scroll through all 150-300 coupons and try to save them. Please fix this glaring problem, and please add a feature that will allow a user to just add all of the coupons to their account and not have to worry about it. Not everyone makes a shopping list! Come on, Farm Fresh, make it easier for your customers to want to spend money in your stores! You're not the only choice in Hampton Roads, you know.

Keeps telling me that I already have an account, BUT this is FIRST time downloading this app. I've tried two different emails AND Facebook to sign up...none work! I even Uninstalled the app and reinstalled...getting the same thing! And, if I try to sign in, rather than signing up, it's saying that the email accounts are not on file! Done with trying...i will go to food lion with my MVP card...and, NOT have this hassle!

This version of the app has many problems with the Pharmacy portion. It doesn't remember your phone or pharmacy number so you have to type it in for each script you add and the barcode reader doesn't work very well with android phones besides being slow when it does work it frequently just won't scan. The old app was much quicker. On the flip side the grocery shopping and list making features are better but it doesn't know the actual store inventory, available products or locations even when in the store. Also the stores themselves cause a lot of interfere with making a wireless connection and they don't have WiFi available. Overall it is of limited value especially for a store that is supposed to be a class above the others.

Will not connect or login to an account. When you can login you cannot add any coupons. Please fix this app

First off let me say TY 4 DONATING TO THE SCHOOLS EVERY YEAR!! You are the ONLY grocer that cares for the kids educations!! But the sad thing is. They don't even have a lot of food coupons. It's more or less toiletries and laundry detergent or cleaning solution on the coupon section. Not very helpful when I'm shopping for food. Farm fresh is known for over priced goods that aren't food. If you all would price them better you wouldn't need the whole coupon section for pinesol, toothpastes and tampons.

Love everything about it and I've never had any issues with the app. Farm fresh is my favorite store and I am so happy that they are keeping up with the new age of technology.

Coupons on this app can not be doubled. I mine as well print the coupons from online or get the one's out of the newspaper.

I had trouble at first but a kind associate of the month helped me when I was at the store. Got my free oreos too. Thanks for a great app with a chance to save money.ey and get free items. Amd I use a smart phone. So no excuses for stars down.

Doesn't work well with Android system.

Suggested fixes: Save option that actually saves, ability to edit existing lists-most people dont need numerous lists for the same store, merge new ecoups with previous selected ecoups, make app more independent of the desk top site.

I luv the quality an certain prices i luv the cereal with buy 4get a milk free..need lost more items like poptarts, gronola bars fruit snacks an more.. i cnt afford the meats there too expensive...

Put it out to consumers before they worked out bugs
