Shop 'n Save

The app is okay. Problem is Shop n Save needs to start participating in Grocery Savings Apps such as Ibotta. I don't go to Shop n Save anymore since I've been doing the Savings Apps. Your loss SNS.

App is horrible. I've had it for about 3 years now and still same problem, try clicking on weekly ad and it closes the app. Very frustrating.

App cannot locate stores other than MO & IL area. I'm in zip 15116 & know there are 3 stores nearby.

Can't even open up the weekly ad! It keeps closing. Absolutely useless! Please fix!

3 months later it still doesn't work. Many claim same problem. I guess it's difficult to find good programmers. ----- Try open ad but keeps crashing. Worked before.

App is crap & won't work. Wants access to my contacts, media etc. Despite had my location. Then wouldn't show weekly flyer ads. Just shuts down

I downloaded this app and I can't even look at anything because it can't find any of the stores near me. I used location and put in zipcodes. It still wouldn't locate any of the 5 stores in my area. I couldn't even look at the ad or open the app really because of that. One star!

I love this app. Saves me average $20 every trip. Perfect for shopping for a family of four. Thanks Shop n Save!

What's the point in having the option to add coupons to your rewards if you don't even take the coupons off my rewards!! I use to love this app but now I hate it because I'm not saving any money from the coupons I clip! Worthless.

I only use this app for prescription refills. It used to work okay a long time ago, but it stopped working about a year ago. It is just really buggy. Even when it did work, it showed some place in Spain as the location, as it couldn't get the latitude working. For a while it wouldn't scan my prescription bar code. It will scan it now, but the pharmacy number is wrong as it only allows 4 digits and doesn't trim the leading zero. Even after I correct that manually, it hangs up and won't go any further. Just a really crappy, buggy software product. I wish my insurance worked with Walgreens; I would use them over shop n save any day.

It's a crap shoot! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (mostly doesn't). Takes an act of God to add a coupon. When you go to use it, it doesn't work. You end up trying to explain the problem to the store, and they take the amount off manually. It's a great idea, but it would be nice if it actually worked.

Would love to use the app but none of our stores in Hagerstown Maryland are on the app. I'm disabled and do my shopping by the ads. So I can't shop at Shop N Save. Does anyone from Shop N Save even see these reviews and responds?

App was working perfectly fine but now it won't even let u open it up keep closing down not even able to even look at the coupons or sales for the week please fix I really don't wanna remove it

Shopping list don't work. Now the 15 dollar off coupon don't show up on the app. Junk.

My local store isn't on the app. Also, neither are ANY in my state.

I can't even use the grocery list option without the app crashing. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck. It was not a fun trip to the store today

The Virginia stores have never been added even though they have been open since August, so you can't add coupons. Another reason to just go to Walmart.

There are 2 shopnsave apps. This one is for Illinois & Missouri ONLY. Not for Pittsburgh area. Pick the perks app for Pittsburgh. App works well most all the time. If you need help ask customer service desk. Great help!

App says I'm in Illinois I need it for Pittsburgh says no stores found in Pittsburgh really!

Needs revamping. Coupon area is terrible

This app allows me to clip and use coupons quickly and easily. It doesn't always work seamlessly, but my store will honor the coupons at the service desk.

It thinks I'm near St. Louis when I'm near Pittsburgh and says there's no stores near me. If that was true why would I want the app?

Spend 50 get 10$

After taking the time to create my shopping I noticed items disappeared from the list or items I selected from ad show up in list as "null". Frustrating. Would be a very nice app if it worked properly.

I don't understand why the coupons I pick don't show up when I check out ( specifically buying those items which I had "Couponed" ) but randoms other ones will... Yes I have met the requirements ie... Buy one get one free yadayada.... But end of the day it's a really easy fix to the lazy couponer.... I mean, $10 off of a $50 or more purchase? Can't go wrong....

I should have listened to other reviewers. It told me all of my email addresses were already in the system. I've never shopped here so I doubt it. I tried signing up with my Facebook account. It just kept loading. One minute it would say i was logged in but if I tried to add coupons it would ask me to log in again. Uninstalling.

Is there a trick to synchronizing the computer shopping list with an Android phone? I spent nearly an hour setting up the list on the computer, but when I checked the phone, it said there were no items on my list. I double-checked to make sure passwords are the same on the computer & the phone, so that shouldn't be the problem. I really like this app; it works MUCH better than the competition's app, but this little "glitch" is dampening my enthusiasm. Hope you can help.
