Can't sync watch after last update, it was working fine before

Doesn't connect with my phone. Gutted. So oooo frustrating

Since the update, cannot find my phone.

Sometimes, it sync in mobile and i can view my run. But when i opened on web, my run doesn't appear. And it sometimes wont sync with strava. Tis suck!

Poor apps, sync take long time

Need to rewrite the apps, movie can't be load.

I cant pairing my suunto spartan trainer, this is bad. I using xiaomi smartphone.

Impossible to pair my watch with Pixel 2 XL... It pairs with the phone but not with the app....we need a fix ASAP or something but the app won't pair my watch anymore....

Sync with my phone and cant display THAI notification , just display blank space , eventhough the watch has THAI Language to chose.

This app is ridiculously bad. Sync doesn't work 9/10 times and once it is synced, it doesn't show up in the web, or the other way round. Connecting the app and the watch (Traverse) doesn't work 9/10 times and I've tried it on different phones already, always the same behaviour. No status bars or information on what the app is actually doing - it's really horrible.

This app is just killing it all. Never syncs, or can sync once out of 10 attempts. No notifications from the phone are shown ever. I'm even ok that syncing workouts takes time, but the app should just work, not like this one. Phone is Xiaomi Mi5S, watches Suunto Spartan Ultra.

Cannot pair with the watch after upgrade this app. Tried restart both phone and watch, reinstall app. None of them helps. Watch still works fine and pair with HR belt without any problems. It proves the problem is with the app upgrade! Has the new app revision been tested prior to release?Can Suunto app engineer do something?

I've never left a review before, but I'm genuinely disappointed in the performance and features of this app. I can view my training from the last 30 days, but other than that it completely lacks features. I've never received a notification on my phone and sometimes it does not sync properly.

I don't normally write review, but I really hope Suunto might somehow read our reviews. I love my Suunto watches and I really want to like this app, but really even the basic tasks, the app is not able to perform. The sync is typically hit and miss, and even when it works, it took a really long time. The information from the app is much lacking, and worst it does not let me to setup more than 1 watch to it. Recently switched to Garmin. Have to admit I still love my Suunto, but their app experience is miles better.

I used to like this app, but this 2 weeks make me disappointed. My activities cannot sync to mobile phone. What a basic fault? My watch Ambit 3 Peak, can I downgrade the app to previous versions? Kinda no problems there like this

I have had problems syncing the new update with my Ambit 3. But it now syncs perfectly. This is what I did: 1) Unpair Movescount; 2) Cleared the cache; 3) uninstalled Movescount; 4) reinstalled Movescount; 5) update the firmware in the watch, via USB; paired the watch again; and finally, 5) sync watch and Movescount.  It's a bit of an effort, but it's worth it for such a good watch. Now that I have it finally working, I'm not going to chance another app upgrade again. 

Doesn't understand purpose of app besides tracking activities. The "make movie" doesn't work. Receives error. The app stopped on me during a hike then reset the miles after hiked. Luckily, I had my Garmin Oregon 650t with me. Don't solely depend on this app to document any long duration outside activities. I do know that this app drains my phone battery very quickly during hikes. Bluetooth connection to watch...not sure what functions are being accessed from app. I have Suunto Traverse Alpha.

Just bought my Suunto Spartan Trainer. As a watch is very nice but the app is useless. Trying 3 hours now to connect my watch to the app with no success. It is not quite fair when you paid £250 for the smart watch and you can't use the app. My smart band I have for 1 year now is only cost £20 and the app is ages ahead. The DEV must sort this out ASAP.

New update says that there are Hebrew notifications now which is a feature I requested a long time ago, and it's still doesn't work, it shows Hebrew characters on the watch as symbols, like arrows and different question marks... It's annoying for someone who lives in Israel like me...

Still cannot pair Suunto app with Suunto watch (Ambit3Vertical) Are you serious guys? Come on, figure it out. Take some bluetooth connectivity lessons...

Dear Suunto, you must be very pleased about the number of downloads this app is getting. However i am responsible for most of them as i have to uninstall and reinstall practically every week just to make it work! I love your watches (except the straps) but this app is seriously flawed, please sort it out!!

Well yes when I first got the Spartan this app was very buggy, couldn't sync but now last couple of updates have really helped , easy to sync watch update had made it more responsive. Great work ;)

Absolutely garbage connectivity..... £400 smart watch that can't sync to a smartphone.... So essentially £400 digital watch...... Another update 2 days ago and still no sync.....very very poor....

Doesn't sync for me at all. Useless. Tried everything. Not happy. The watch is good but this is sh#@

App was fine until a recent update. Now the app crashes every time I go to view a move... Samsung Galaxy s7 edge.

Just Awful. The app has got progressively worse and worse. Now impossible to pair the watch. Deleting as is a waste of storage space.

Connectivity problems... All the support available is FAQ at the Suunto site.

The sync is too slow. It's not user friendly. Sunnto great watches but disappointing software interface.

After two years still does not work properly. It is a shame.

Having had the Ambit3 and App for almost 2 years the latest version of the App won't connect / pair to my watch. Utterly frustrating. Seems like we've gone back 2 years in bug fixes and not resolved anything. Please help!

Excellent app! I'm using a spartan sport watch and I have no problems with sincronization between the wath and phone after my trainings. I can even get a video :) works well with htc desire 650

This app and the watch are a complete disappointment! I cant believe I spent so much on them.

Everytime I connect my watch to the app to sync workouts it changes my watches time and date. Every. Single. Time.

Won't sync to my Wahoo tickr HR strap so I won't now be buying a new Spartan Ultra.

It in nice app, but lacks basic features like showing automatic lap times in the app and possibility to set target average pace.

Doesn't sync reliably with the ambit 3 vertical. What a joke in this day and age.

Can't connect Ambit3 with app on Meizu M3 Note (Android 5.1, Flyme) ): Upd: new version and still not fixed

I try to syncronize with my oppo smartphoen but always fail..i use oppo f1s & f3s..

I have the Ambit3 Peak and an LG phone. Latest version doesn't work at all. App barely syncs with the watch and none of the notifications I use work now. Nice job guys... If you blow away the Bluetooth pairing and redo it all from scratch it seems to work better. Waiting to see how reliable it is.
