This is a very useful app in the present Chennai context. Pls include a provision to SMS the auto number to CTP discreetly.

Finally thanks for such a app. Please include phone numbers to report any complaints to the authorities. The rate charts that specify rates with respect to the KM's. GPS support with in the App. Call auto support if possible. Etc.... a good start though.. keep the good work up.

Showing accurate rates and very easy to use and it also shows street by street details to reach destination a must have app for chennai citizen thanks for the developers!!!

This helps keep things fair and people honest. The people I do not need to reference this app for, I always pay them extra for their integrity and kindness of doing the right thing without me needing to prove they are trying to rip me off just because of the color of my skin (more often than not).

Thanks for the New Idea that lead to this new application. Now a days many people use Android Apps in all their smart phones. This free down load Apps of Chennai Auto Fare is a boon to many like me uses Auto Quite Frequently. Chennai Auto drivers will have a hectic time with the customers. Good Idea and Good Apps.

Though it drags a bit on my old Defy, the app does what it says. Minus one star for being ad supported. Would like to see premium features and a cheap paid version.

Hats off to the new initiative. Slags a bit in the user interface as the entire window gets dragged up and down when just the map needs to be zoomed/swiped. Readability can be even more better aiding old people. All in all a very useful app.

Nice and simple and does what it says. Would be great if I can save a few frequently used destination ...for example my home so I don't have to type it every time.

I am living in korattur. There is no 'korattur' to select from drop down list. Most of the people are using from sub~urbs. Only T.nagar and adayar is not madras city. Developers should keep this in mind. Fare calculation is also differs lot from actual. Un installing.

It's a great app. Very useful. Now only that the auto wallas should practise it. It would have been 5/5 had there been an option of reporting misbehavings. But there can always be a new version rolled out.

It calculates accurately even with route map... Really useful app...

I find this app a great help when I use the autos in Chennai. I use autos very rarely. But, I don't want the auto driver to know that. So before I get into the auto I use this app to find out the approximate route and cost so I look like a 'pro'. It helps!

Your app only shows single route via google map. If by any chance there is a de-route or a 2nd route, then it will not give exact figures. Kindly upgrade it to all possible routes. Its just informative site and limited to only Chennaites so there is less 5 star rating.

Hai team.First of all i thank you for introducing this useful app .but the problem is its not at all working on my phn.. I am using samsung galaxy y duos lite..wenever i select the locations nd press Go its going to the complaint nmbr.. Some tyms it shows d result..but most of d tym its not.. Pls fix it.. Thanks in advance..

Need to improve a lot like adding the complaint number if sny auto driver is costing too much then wr can send a complain immediately using this app.

Y does the app need to access my storage and contacts. Justify these modifications in changelog.
