App is fine for paying but not for ordering online. It sucks for online ordering through the App!

App is super slow and confusing.

Shocking that you can't use the order online option within the app! Sends you to their website, then you have to log in (remember your password), and enter your card info again! I don't get the need for this hassle. Is this to avoid LevelUp getting a cut?

I saw a long line at the store so I decided to order online. Simple right? No. Sends you to website so you need to reenter password (after digging it up), fill out credit card info and several other things. The line moved faster so I gave up

3* because I'm mostly annoyed that the signs in the store only reference using "the iOS app". It's like to you don't even have an Android app. Maybe that's why it doesn't work as well and hasn't been updated in ages; you've forgotten its existence. Fortunately paying with it and getting rewards seems to work.

This app is so behind in features and UX in comparison to its iOS counterpart. I know some companies prioritize iOS user base but that should not be an excuse to not offer the same feature set if.

I was hoping it had widespread implementation since I couldn't see from the app description where it was in use. I downloaded and had to create a user is to see that there are no stores anywhere near me. Thanks for wasting my time.

Online ordering does not work. Cannot load more than one credit card on the app. Paying with the app also does not work. Kind of shocking that the app does not work at all when they are no longer accepting cash with the app being a partial replacement.

App looks great, but as a result navigation is slow and adding items to your cart is unreliable on wifi, nearly impossible on cell network. I've tried 3 times to place an order through the app, but it just hangs and never completes. Deleting app.

Required me to enter my credit card twice and log in three times. Log in to website for ordering didn't work. No option to order in app, no integration of signon. Website is slow and not mobile friendly (log in button could not be clicked on my android). I thought this would save me time but instead it wasted time. I'll just use the website instead.

I can't order through the app bc it won't let me login, even after several password changes.

Pay with phone doesn't work most of the time

Well, sometimes it works, sometimes it just won't, why? Beats me.

The concept is great but it barely works when trying to place an order.

Good idea, but gets caught in a sign-in loop. Can't complete an order.

I can login online just fine, with the same pw, it keeps telling me I got it wrong and locking me out.

It takes ages to order, as the app does not remember your favorite location or menu items, and takes ages to load

I suppose if you go into sweetgreen to order it may be useful to scan your code. But really this is just an app that shows a qr code. To order it brings you to the website, which you need to log in separately and isn't linked to your qr code. So it's overall not really useful.

Wish you didn't HAVE to enter your credit/debit card number in order to benefit from the app. Should be able to earn rewards without having to store such info in app. As a result I removed the app from my phone.

I've had 4 items stuck in my cart for weeks. It won't let me remove or purchase them! Ugh

Good luck trying to order.

Faster than credit cards

If sweetgreen wanted you to pay with your phone they would install NFC terminals. This app is about collecting credit card data

App runs fine, every time I go to sweetgreen it doesn't scan. I tried deleting and re adding the card and their system just says try scanning again each time

Crash on open

This was an immediate install uninstall..i don't understand why my card is required for rewards.

This app crashes every 5 seconds. Also, requires a credit card be stored on the phone to use - very insecure (why necessary?). The 4-digit lock code (available under settings) doesn't seem to lock anything. And when I went to transfer my existing points it said I had a $5 credit, when the last time I used the reward card I was told I had a $7.70 credit. Sketchy.

I can't support any app that requires a credit card to be entered and stored on someone's serves just to utilize a rewards program.

It took long time in downloading and couldn't put my credit card details. Design is bad too.

Poorly designed launch. The charges on my credit card were not listed as "Sweetgreen." My credit card told me charges were fraudulently made & advised that I close out that card & get a new one. I had to switch all my auto-payments to the new card. Major work for me!! I will never eat at Sweetgreen again.

I try to migrate point and is not showing up in my rewards. after trying to remigrate points it says already been done but I still don't see the points. plus the 5 dollar for downloading this app is not available. you can only see the salads but you can't place your order through this app.
