Take control of your job search with thousands of jobs from the most promising startups and Fortune 500 companies in the palm of your hand. Let Switch help break down barriers to finding a job. Swipe right to apply to jobs, and match with the hiring manager directly in charge. New York Times suggests Switch as an excellent tool for those looking for jobs in the technology industry. Hop on the job search as mobile and smart as you are.

A vast pool of hiring managers and corporate recruiters with fresh job postings want to chat with relevant talent. In other US markets, Switch generates custom-matched jobs from partner job boards. Ranked by New York Times as one of the top apps to find a job in the tech industry, Switch serves opportunities to you daily so you can stop scouring job boards for hours.

Switch is easy and fun to use:
• Download our free job search app
• Instantly start swiping personalized job opportunities you like
• When a hiring manager matches with you, start chatting
• Let your future unfold

Beneath our compelling and fun interface are serious algorithms and our unique Switchbots. They’re working overtime to send you highly targeted jobs in your area.

• Switch is an anonymous and private job search. You can be on Stealth Mode and Hiring managers just see your credentials, not your name or photo, until you apply. Your profile is automatically excluded from companies on your resume.
• There are no staffing agencies, recruiters or headhunters on Switch - just people directly responsible for hiring at companies.
• We send you a daily email with job recommendations, based on your experience, salary requirements and location.

What are users saying about Job Search - Switch

by C####:

Most days there are no jobs available at all and when there are, they are expired which you don't know about until after you express interest. A waste of time.

G70%
by G####:

Update: App is even worse. Zero jobs show up. The entire company is a sham. Avoid. App is an absolute mess. Responsive customer service but they don't get it. You can only give your company and title with no option for a description or resume. No way to import ANY information, from Facebook or LinkedIn. On top of all that, you can't just focus on an industry but have to choose a predetermined role in your search, which is obnoxious. Their logo is also a blatant ripoff of Shazam, so I'm sure the trademark attorneys will be coming for them soon enough.

Modern way of matching talent to opportunities in an easy-to-use app

Uninstalled app & reinstalled new version 3.1.6, with supposed bug fixes. Still doesn't work. Not sure what bug fixes were attempted, but back to the drawing board!

C70%
by C####:

It just doesn't work. You can only swipe right, can't click menus and when I did get a response from an employer I wasn't able to respond.

C70%
by C####:

It's just ok. Quick glance of what's out there. And reminder email with your likes. Easy.

C70%
by C####:

Great app! Very useful and easy to use! Highly recommend!

C70%

The new interface redesign is a solid meh. Hitting the X or check buttons were easy and straightforward but now it's been Tinder-ized with swipes that are somewhat challenging to actually swipe. So no thanks, uninstalling.

C70%
by C####:

Doesn't work on Android. Should be embarrassed to have this in the app store. I can't click on the menu. I can only swipe one way and I only see Switch jobs. Have tried this multiple times and it's a failure.

Cannot swipe left on android device...new update is buggy

App has a bug that keeps saying password is too short when trying to reset the password. Unusable :(

Complete garbage. Do not install.

Great interface.

I clicked a posting for more info, and found that after I finished and clicked the 'X' on that window, all the jobs I hadn't reviewed yet vanished. Similar to a user complaint below.

C70%
by C####:

No way to upload resume without giving them full control over your gmail, Google drive, or other providers. Beware! Also, no parsing of resume which means that you have to write everything yourself. No separation of type of experience, creates a false picture of your experience (I have 11 years of experience, 5 as a product manger and 6 as an engineer, but the app shows me as 11 years in product) Very frustrating, amateurish barriers for entry, quite a shame. On the plus side, the app looks nice.

C70%
by C####:

Brilliant service in this new age of mobile technology! Job finding was never so easy.

V70%
by V####:

Love it, but wish there were more job postings exclusively through the app. I get a lot of jobs I have already looked at.

C70%
by C####:

Great interface and helpful reminder emails.

C70%
by C####:

I think it's neat. Switch makes it easy to put in one's personal career information and then they find jobs that match it. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because, so far, every job that I've applied for isn't actually in Switch so I still have to go to the job listing on whatever other career site it's on and apply there, too.

I70%

Lame AF. No one uses it. You will not get hired from this platform. Stick to what works. Do not use. Frequently crashes.

I used Switch for awhile as my hiring tool and thought I would give it a try on the other side. Quickest interview I ever got! Love the app on both ends.

This is Tinder for job searching lol. Still needs some work, but the user interface is well appreciated. Only issue I have is that there seems to be a few number of jobs that are provided to me when I know that there should be more. Not sure why that is.... Still seeking assistance with this issue.

C70%
by C####:

Great idea, but there are few jobs and more than half were irrelevant. Kept promising 25 jobs, but there weren't that many.

Decent, but lots of room for improvement.

Using this app in Canada and there appears to be no employers in my area that match my job (Software QA). Also manually adding all of my work experience seems silly when there could be integration with LinkedIn that already contains my profile. Also did not seem to be able to add my resume straight from my device.

C70%

Innovative stuff to hunt jobs. Make it more reliable. Thank You

C70%
by C####:

The idea seems silly, a tinder for jobs? I wasn't sure if it would provide me with professional jobs, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got 18 marketing jobs right off the bat! Quality, professional, related jobs! It's wonderful seeing the hiring manager profile on the other side. I know exactly who I'm speaking to.

V70%
by V####:

I do need a no-friction way to apply to new opportunities. However this app has confounded simplicity with a detrimental UX. EG you can only search w/ a fixed job category, like software eng & data sci but not data eng. First sw eng in NYC will show 35 openings, but switching to take a call will suddenly show no openings henceforth, even if you change range, location or job category. Each job has good info on recruiter & company etc. Liked jobs don't. Why? Swipe on each job of many at 1 firm 1 by 1 is bad.
