I like it, but yes the header at the top would be nice... a page fpr each virtue with the places to mark underneath that... like the pages of Franklin's original book...

Hmm. How has nobody else seen this? This is actually the closest to the system Ben actually used. A few suggestions. Do away with numbers and leave the chart blank until marking a virtue incomplete. Ben liked to see a blank chart to know he was on the right path. Then, have a header for which virtue is being worked on, in particular, that week. I'd love to see this go places and be my daily driver for tracking virtues.
