Swytch - Numbers, Calls, Texts

A useless app that will not allow complete installation and registration from California.You cannot contact anyone by phone for assistance. App appears to be region restricted with no recourse for users outside the UK

Wary of using this company. Even though it was promoted by Business Advice website...if you want to cancel the contract they don't let you (not possible to cancel from your account). Be warned they work in an underhand fashion. Eventually had to cancel payments via the bank. This could be a dodgy company from the way it acts (or rather doesn't act). In response to the message left by Swytch to my first review, this is not the case. I emailed your company via our Swytch account i.e through your website and I received an email from a nameless person saying that your support staff were going to review my request to cancel. Why does it need to be reviewed? That was over a week ago. I sent a chaser this week and still no response. Poor customer service.

Concept is good but implementation is lacking. I bought quite a few numbers for my businesses but can't read any received texts, can only see first line, can't listen to any voicemails, apparently I don't have the right s/w (well let me copy file to my pc then), and receiving calls fails more often than not, and now to top it all they are hiking the prices sky high for continuing to use the sim lines. I will be transferring to another service, carrying multiple phones or a 3 sim phone is better.

I love this app. It has allowed me to get many clients from the UK. Unfortunately, the new changes will not only drive away customers, but also kill the app. First you killed the most convenient way to buy credit for the line from inside the app and now we have to visit a website. Then you hiked the price for the numbers after they expire!! I think that once my line expires, I am moving to another similar app. I loved your original concept, you should have stuck with it, making a few tweaks here and there, not deliberately making the app harder to use and hiking the price

App simply does not work. Non-existent customer support. Messages never delivered. Avoid, or lose money

Wrost app you should ad number extention with free points credits etc like other or like textnow 1sms or call in week for keeping number active. Textnow is for better than this app

This is useless.. Cant even register.. mis-leading app screenshots on the app store and false advertising at its finest

Certain sign up texts are blocked without chance of recovery. ALSO: text history deleted instantly on expiry! It's pricy, but does allow for short code texts

apps work. but the company or apps provider is fraud, chit because they are trying to charge my account many of times. they are thief don't add your card.

I like the services but it's expensive you should have option of forwarding calls to mobile when I'm offline! More numbers for other countries too

Registration Blocked. this is usually because you have an existing account, or swytch isnt available in your country is the error am getting. am live in Nigeria

Wrote a scathing 1* review from the last update, but have revised it to 4* just to highlight that the customer service has been outstanding. They still need to clarify their business model but on responsiveness and willingness to listen they alone they deserve a look in!

I was very happy until when the trial expired and I tried paying for it. Card has been charged two times but I have not received any credit against it. Even emailed the support my problem, no reply to date.
