Norton Security and Antivirus

I love the way Norton mobile antivirus works. Totally new concept and monitoring each app in detail a plus point. I really appreciate your efforts. Hope to here some more amazing security feature. I would like to suggest you if we can have news on latest cyber threats in market from time to time. So that we all can prepare ourself and recommend our friends & relatives to install Norton mobile security anti virus.

Very handy, I don't use the back up to the cloud as I don't trust the cloud regardless of others opinions. So it would be nice to turn the reminder that I haven't backed up off totally. However it isn't really a problem. Otherwise I have had no problems using this app and I especially like the app scan before you download then. Tells you some information that has put me off some initial apps that otherwise would not have been mentioned in app descriptions.

Nice app,does what it says it's supposed to do. However,there are some apps it says are at risk, when they are not, they are trusted and verified apps,so I'm not sure about that aspect of it,but I haven't had any issues with this app.* Updated review* I recently got the new Pixel and this app is fantastic. I especially love the Google play portion, where it tells you what the app does and how much battery and data it uses. The safe web search feature it also great. No issues whatsoever.

Started using Norton on all my Android devices due to excess free device licenses from my PC subscription. The PC subscription has kept all of my computers virus free for a decade, so I trust I will receive the same quality of service on Android. So far so good.

Probably the best app I've used for mobile security. Scans apps in store before you install them and lets you know if they are safe. Checks your tablet for security issues. If you want to stay safe, you can't go wrong with this app. Gets better with every update.

Norton seems to work very well. So far, (it's been a few years,) I have been kept safe from viruses and other attacks. I don't think I would have managed that without the protection Norton offers.

I'm having trouble with App Advisor. Lately it says "no info" when I want it to scan an app for issues. I've had to reset my phone 3 times. Norton is obviously missing something!

Used Norton for years with Windows and androids and no matter the threat, Norton automatically isolated and resolved those threats. Im not a computer wiz, just your average user. Customer service has been great for any questions I've had. Yes Norton is a pay for service but < $100 annually for protection on multiple electronics is what I consider to be inexpensive insurance for today's never ending cyber warfare and identity theft. Yearly coverage is seemless and effortless if you invoke automatic renewal. The app let's me know I'm protected and I appreciate the easy to use features.

The antivirus scanning of Norton commences each and every time that I start my Smartphone. And hence, my battery power gets drained a lot, multiple times each day, as well as that a high strain is placed on my Smartphone's CPU during these moments. This is quite disappointing.

Non-invasive app allows other apps to have priority over the CPU. Love all you guys at Symantec. Thanks for keeping the my computer cell phone from cyber attacks ECT

HELLOOOOOO???? I dont have any issues with my current Norton Mobile Security but I keep getting requests to update. So then what I dont understand is, why its asking me to uninstall original norton anti virus to install this one??? Have been waiting ages and no ones answered

Nicer looking dashboard then McAfee.The sad thing here is that thay keep turning off my web protect​ in my Norton app.This app don't work on Marshmallow Android Phone's.Fix and i will give you 5 star's. Take care.

I now have the full paid version of Norton for home and mobile use. I feel safe and protected on my Android phone. Scans apps and protects browser. Now protects link access to browser. Also able to block unwanted callers.

Works well and it has saved me a couple of times. But when i changed my phone to a Samsung galaxy s4. I found that every couple of weeks for a period of 2-3 days. It would drain my battery at a rate of 10% every hour while my phone was idle and not being used. I have contacted Norton and they were professional and helpful. I am waiting to see if this problem happens again or if Norton manage to deal with my complaint. I will readjust my rating if the battery drain is solved. Problem was solved in a couple of days. Works fine as is a brilliant app

Works with all my devices (pc, 2 tablets, 2 phones). Set up and forget about it security, the way it should be. Suggestion to devs: 1 thing that I would like to see fixed... I can not set up the secure web browser without enabling an accessibility service permission... this then affects my devices encryption effectiveness because it no longer requires my password to decrypt before starting the device. For me, this is not an acceptable trade off. A way to have both, active web advisor for anti-phishing etc without softening device encryption would be great.

Clearly the most secure way to protect my mobile phone. Catches everything. Really like the check before I install something. I'm a long time user of Symantec products. It's all good. App restarts at times.

I love Norton. I use it on all our laptops, tablets and phones. I have for over 10 years. I don't feel safe if I don't have it. Will not do any personal business without it. I like that it tells me what apps are trying to do and if a website isn't safe. Thank you Norton for years of protection.

Excellent App! My Samsung Mini S3 was having huge malware problems, and now they all disappeared thanks to Norton Security!!!

I love this app. Norton has gotten me out of trouble many times over the years with all of my devices before trouble hit. Thank you norton mobile. I'm forever grateful.

Don't worry much after using this the past 2 years. Far fewer strange things occurring on my devices than on those of many friends.

Is true caller unsafe? How can you know that other app sends info to other locations?

I've used Norton for years on all my devices because it works. Does what it says it can do. For this mobile app, I so so love that I can see the security or battery behaviour of an app beforehand, super helpful deciding what app(s) not to install...

It a great app. Super easy to use and packed full of features. I was impressed with the phone retrieval features for tracking it via GPS, locking your phone remotely, it automatically takes photos as thief or person who found phone attempt to unlock it and you can send person a message and completely erase your phone, all through your online account you use on your PC service

I only use Norton products for all my computer needs. Never had an issue before so I decided to use it on my phone & it works just as I expected it would. Great! It does scans automatically and notifies me of any possible issues.

I've been using Norton's products since the early 1990's. They have always worked exemplary! When I got a smartphone, I added Norton security to it also. I've never had a problem that Norton couldn't resolve! And with every update it just keeps getting better!!

It's a very good app. only complaint is when reloading it and it not sycing properly with my account. Takes way to much effort

Norton seems to be the only up to date antivirus app. Several times I've gotten viruses and this is the only app that removes them every time.

No worries what u download or install. Also no worries if phone is misplaced . Just rely on Norton Mobile security it keeps the phone safer.

I have been using Norton for six months and I haven`t had any problems.

Would have given it a 5, but I want them to keep the improvements coming. Can you make the new link guard protect more than one browser, for example? Because the ID Safe browser doesn't have the same share & other capabilities as Chrome, I alternate between the two. Of course you could also improve the ID Safe built in browser

Its the best app on the net! It does exactly what they say.. My phone has never been faster.

I was having internet security problems on my Samsung galaxy. Someone was extremely close at hacking my Facebook and email account. Norton helped me identify the threat, which happened to be somebody at my dentists office who just happened to be on the same Wi-Fi as I was. Thank you for this app. I can honestly say it saved my identity.

Checks apps before I waste time downloading them. Easy to pick the more suitable app from a batch of similar ones.

I just started today so if you do keep me safe from being hacked daily. I will look into paying for premium services.

Why the f#@k would I PAY for this shop and all you do is solicit more services clearly because what I purchased from you can't even do the job it's supposed to do. This is the world we live in it's okay for a provider like you to continue to try to squeeze every dime out of us after we bought your services thinking this was all we needed.

Very happy, used this for many years. Only issue is with the inflated renewal price, which I do not subscribe to.

I've been a Norton user since Corporate Edition that supported my desktop running XP. While i admit i don't have much experience with other protective software, I can always rely on Norton Security for protection and peace of mind.

It's very good.I have it on my PC computer at home. And it let's me know if anything is wrong with both I love it.
