You'd have a better chance of taming a wild elephant and riding it to work than using this app to catch a bus.. It always says the arrival time is unavailable and when it does show the time it is wrong. Don't waste your time here.

Predictions don't work, busses are never on time according to the schedules. Worst public transportation system

The software is absolutely great when when the router on the bus you're looking for is working, and the network itself isn't down. Unfortunately this isn't always the case. However METROtrack is the only positive improvement that Rock Region Metro has made to the former CAT bus system!

It sucks, cant look at bus routes, keeps saying there arent any. I expected better.

I got the update and now it seems to be working flawlessly it's late and I haven't had a chance to try it out in the world but I went ahead and gave it 4 stars because it's working smoothly and it's very easy to use

2.5 / Always opens up in L.A. There should be a setting to change the default location. I like that I can see the bus' location on a map, like an Uber. I plan to use Google maps so I can get start to finish directions between 2 addresses that aren't bus stops.

I had no problems installing and operating this app. Thanks for making public transit even easier!
