This is the second time this app is not recognizing me as a child's parent. It should automatically make changes now I only have one child in the system. I am annoyed. Ill just call in the school. Why have an app if human error causes it not to work.

Editing my review. There must have been updates to the app because today, when i had to log my childs absence it asked me for a password which was already there so I hit ok. Only after a few times I'm locked out. Now, I can't even go the parent site to use Forgot passord to reset. I have to call the school?!?! Are you kidding me!?! Riduculous! Waste of time. We are all so addicted to our devices and this makes it so convenient for us parents always on the go. I've heard about this system and am very much looking forward to making full use of this going forward.

Just installed this app on my note 5 and it doesn't get past the intro screen just sits there. So it's app locker that was interfering with this app adjusted my rating accordingly

Changed password following computer link and wouldn't accept. Then locked me out. Still have to call school. Huge pain.

Wouldn't recognize password and locked me out. Had to call school to unlock. Will reinstall later after further reviews show a better product.

Terrible. Wouldn't let me sign in and then locked me out. Maybe try beta testing before releasing a crappy app.

This is the second day in a row I have tried to report my son sick and it keeps saying I have the wrong password. I reset my password after yesterday (when I got locked out for too many attempts) and when I tried to use it today again, it said I have the wrong password (used my "case-sensitive password" so that isn't it either). Not happy that I have to call it in, again, when I should be able to do it quickly on my phone. (I have used this app in the past on my old phone with no problems). Update: I upgraded my review after your quick reply and resolution to my problem. I appreciate your quick reply and your help, my problem seems to be fixed. Thanks.

Love it! Haven't Haven't had issues yet so that's a bonus! For those having issues before bashing try uninstalling n then download again!

I couldn't even create an account because it didn't recognize me as a parent. You can't get into the app without creating an account.

Have been locked out despite using correct password. Have heard other patents making same complaint.

FRUSTRATED Why can't I report an absent on the day of? My kid is sick and it tells me I am past the cut off time? You cannot plan a sick day when they wake up sick! This program is nothing but problems.

Created an account online and immediately it won't recognize my password online or when using the app. Useless

Totally worthless if you can't sign in. Just takes up space on my phone.

Able to report absences & delays easily. Allows me to know when my child arrives when with other parent

Everytime I use it to report an absence, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. So annoying.

The old system of simply calling the school and notifying them was much better and there was no frustration or time loss involved.

Needs to have a "missed the bus" option.

Easy to use

Can't report an absence through the app or on the phone after 8am for the same day. So the app is useless if your child is ill after 8am. Waste of space on my phone.

There is literally no opyion to add another kid. That is so flawed

It was ok but I tried to add my older child and I followed what it said but it said that the phone number wasn't right but it was now I have to do 1 absence on phone and 1 online.if they can not find the student the they should ask for more information.yes I did click missing student

I tried to change a full absence to late but wasn't able to. Even though the email confirmation I got said I could.

Very helpful and easy to use App. Definitely better than calling the office.

I'm reading these bad ratings and issue some parents are having, I on the other hand had absolutely no issues. Downloaded it on my cell, got the call and code, then installed it successfully. I have already used it once for my child's late arrival and was very impressed! Overall an excellent app and user friendly.

Submited phone number and child name. No text message received. Followed with school an I was told that email has been sent and is waiting my approval. But there is nothing in Inbox, Junk Folder. Iwas told there is no support number and there is nothing they can do. Why the heck schools wants to depend on this app. This app seems to be non reliable and at this point I am doubtful if this app is secure enough to secure child information.

Set up profile on main computer as required. Downloaded the app. Entered ID and password. Get a prompt that for first log in I need an access code that will be sent by phone. My mobile is the phone. Get the call, get the access code, go to the app and....code isn't valid. But wait! My phone rings again with a new access code. That isn't valid. but my phone rings again with a new access code. And so the dance begins. I'm now locked out and have to contact the school. #timewaste

I received an email with a user name and password. I downloaded the app and entered that info in. I was told I would get a phone call with an access code and I did. I entered that code and it worked. I reset my password and notified my school that my son would be absent today. Everything went exactly as it should! It's a very user friendly app!

It wasn't possible to create a new user account or to discover what our user account login was! Very UN-user friendly! I have given the school my Email address and I received a call from the school to use the app, but I have been locked out both on the app and at the parent portal. I will call the school rather than fight with this app.

Why making people's lives miserable with this app? Can't even submit the absence at 8:30am because the cut-off time has passed, what is that?; there's no way i create a user through the app; no option to update my email address because there's a typo, etc. Sorry, but the university kids can even make better than this app. Did anybody do QA work for this app? I would like to back to the old system ie. calling to school and let them know directly.

I got an email from the school board but there is no user name or password. Kind of hard to set up an account when there is no way to be a new user. I think this needs some work. Very frustrating!

My children's school is using this program so I downloaded it and after.I find the school district it directs me to enter a login and password. I didn't get a login and password so how am I suppose to use the app!

THIS APP MAKES MY LIFE MORE DIFFICULT. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO FAKE MY ABSENCES NOW. MY CREATIVE OUTPUT IS AT A STANDSTILL.

Logged on with my phone # and with the sent access code. Didn't see my email in my account and no option to add my email. Didn't see my other daughter's name in my account. I thought I need to get another account with the same phone number for her and that exactly I did without any issue. Now every time I try to log on, the app says there are multiple account for this phone number and prompt for email address, which doesn't exist in the system. As a result the app fails every time when I try to log on.

I set up my account and app before school started (took a few tries to get it working too). Now when the kids are sick, and you're juggling child care and getting to work,the password is forgotten and I need a computer to reset it. The 1-800 # is not available, and the school will not take the call anymore. Such a time waster for parents! Not cool guys.
