smart band

won't let me connect to the wrist band. what's the point of having an app to connect to the wrist band if it doesn't even work! will be sending the wrist band back not worth it. will spend extra on a fit bit just so I don't have to deal with this again

I just got my tracker and downloaded the app. When I launch the app it spins in search of my device which comes up with nothing. Need someone to contact me ASAP

The device I picked up doesn't really have enough information and then when I tried looking for the app for it it does not work that well if this device has a new app that the picture should be the same thing and also it should work the instructions are very kind small type looking for the app took me 6 days or even longer I can't quite remember it's the same one that's on the YouTube that I found but it doesn't work so how do I get this stupid thing to work properly in my wrist with only one.....

None of app except WhatsApp , SMS work even though I can select other apps.

After the update of 2015-05-19 all submenu's (including feedback) crash on start. Using Samsung Note 2.

Display language Chinese ? really? After I changed everywhere to English and multi-language. Your app is trash. Hire a person who speaks/writes decently English. Upgrade instructions or change-log seems like it's written in Klingon... I wish I could give you -5 stars

Firmware update is not possible. Turning off BT everytime. Crashing when im trying to go to profile

The vidonn version 3.1.7 Bluetooth doesn't work. It doesn't know how to connect to the app. This 3.1.6 connect to the band automatically. Still have some bugs but ok

The status bar notification does not go at all. The notification icon disappears when u actually select the option but there it appears again as soon as u quit the app

updating firmware a bit tricky but possible after numerous tries... unable to turn off status bar icon of the app on phone... but cool customization like font style, horizontal or vertical display.... hopefully will support more app like calendar reminders, email notifications in the future... This smartband has bright future, keep it up!

First...DO NOT PAIR YOUR BAND WITH THE PHONE. Second only let the app find your band. Now if I could just get the app to show British measurements like it used to it would be great

Just got it yesterday and as soon as I downloaded this app and followed the directions my bracelet displays an arrow and won't do anything else!!!!! Customer service and this bracelet sucks!!

Can't Synchronised

New version fast than old and it can do updgrade watch too. But for line graph display not clear thin line can not see.

I can sync with no problem. But I found some bug about the setting, once I click the notification to show in "Multilanguage" they'll only show them a few times (Thai in my case) after that they'll show Thai no more, so I have to go to the setting and rechecked the "Multilanguage" to make it work again, and then repeat it all the times.

I am not one to write reviews but due to the awful nature of this app I was compelled to do so. To begin with, this app continuously disconnects from the device. When connected, the notifications come through sporadically (which is the primary reason why i bought this device). Not only is the step counter inaccurate, it will count steps when you shake others hands. This device is being returned to china.

This app sucks... it usually takes about 3-7 minutes of messing with the app to even get my bracelet to sync. After about 7-15 minutes of messing around with it this time and no success I'm done!

Bracelet doesn't stay paired. The app doesn't sync with any other apps. This is the worst fitness bracelet I have ever had. To top it off I bought it because it said it's water proof. After reading the instructions I learned that it is not. What a waste.
