Against my better judgment given the rating, I decided to use this app to get on the waitlist. To my surprise, it said it worked! But when I got to the restaurant 30 minutes later I was told my name wasn't on the list. Never got an email or notification either. To be clear this app doesn't work at all. Totally nonfunctional. And to top it off, we still had to wait on the list and ended up at a table by the restrooms. Awful.

The app says you can join the wait list, but the "Join Wait List" button only takes you to a profile entry screen. No ability to join the wait list. When I called the restaurant, they said the only way to get on the wait list is in person. The menu part works, but you can get that on their website, so what good is the app?

Standing outside cowfish Orlando and can't join wait list. Hostess said it's b/c this location is affiliated with universal, not Cowfish . . . She said this is not an official app.

The app does not let you join the waitlist and that is literally the only purpose of the app.

POINTLESS APP. Doesn't work and the restaurant doesn't even "accept it at this location" (when the app is location specific).

The app has a wait list portion as others have mentioned but it doesn't work. I was standing in front of the restaurant trying to use it after creating a profile and the wait list did not work. Tried on multiple dates, nothing.
