Shredded chicken is in the wrong category. Certain items are available on app but not in store or vice versa. App itself is really poorly designed and slow. Makisan should probably fire their app developers and start again.

Screen says 'tap to continue'. I tried tapping all over my phone screen, tapping the people around me, tap dancing, turning on and off taps. But nothing happened. I wanna eat healthy by having your salad, but at this rate, i'll have to starve instead.

Could not open the app, it is stuck on the first screen and the loading bar has not moved for past 15 mins. if there is discount given when ordered through app, it is to encourage people to use your app right? Then why make it so hard to use?

Gotta be patient if you want to enjoy the discount. No pain, no gain. If it doesn't work the first time, delete and reinstall the app. On average expect to do this process thrice.

App makes it convenient to order in advance but somehow for Hillion Mall, we can't order salads in advance. Other outlets are able to. Overall quite satisfied with this :)
