Action Udaipur

A nice srep taken by the administration to enlighten the path towards making Udaipur a smart city. I'm pleased to say that my recent complaint reg cleanliness was taken up immediately by the authorities & got resolved.

System is good but municipal staff not carried out their duty.They put fake signature of complainer against the report and submit to their higher officials.And when phone call came from office about to confirm the same reports if u tell the above true reports they did not do any thing . Please mark aadhar card no or any proof of complainer.

I have been using this app to lodge various complains. I am happy that they are attended to, monitored and closed under acknowledgement.

Lodged a complain regarding illegal car parking. Neither reference no. Was provided nor any action was taken in this regard. Complaint lodged can't be traced. In order to make a smart app, fix the aforementioned issues ASAP. Revision of review:- Today cop's took the action and car was removed. Thanks for your help.

The complain doesn't got any resolution now!! At starting period app works good.. But now no one taking action on complaints.. Udaipur 's municipal corporation unresponsive nature behind it

All complains soved only in 1 or 2 day

Sir in this app we recieve a 5 digit verification code through sms and when we enter the code on app there is a validation on the field that does not allow me to enter more than 4 digits. Please fix this issue.

Great initiative by Udaipur district administration for sharing ideas to make our city a better place

Loved it!! Very quick response in less than 24 Hrs! Need some modifications in app, the UI can be much better. The icons transparency to be reduced.

no complaint number given, no action ever taken on complaint, no seriousness from department, app created just for showbiz.

Many improvements are needed, currently no option to edit or view status of complaints, no notifications and account setting, required area wise information

I have raised complaint against non availability of dustbin in ward no. 29 after 10 days of raising complain their representative came and told me that it is not our work go and ask area paarshad. So action udaipur takes no action.

As a local citizen I really appreciate the concern of our Collector sir and other dignitaries for taking an extra long step towards local people and their problems...

When you click on upload photos button...it directly open camera and not gallery where pics are saved for later use

I am getting 5 digit verification code instead of 4 digits and the app is only allowing to enter 4 digits and thus not authorizing me. I tried 3 to 4 times to get new code but every time the same code received. I am not able to use this app :(

This app becm more smart if the action must be taken in favour of the complain. बाकी सुविधाऐ तो सब आसानी से हासिल हो जाती है पर उसका लक्ष्य उसके प्रति जागरूक होने पर ही दी गयी सुविधा को सफल बनाता है।

The app is a little step to make life of udaipurites simpler and make administration easily accessible for day to day issues. Its motivating to see the enthusiasm of citizens in the app, and depending upon feedback we may add more departments and services in future.

Action Udaipur is a good app I liked it.. !! But the app don't have road problem option. Kindly update it.

A very good initiative towards smart city....but there are more scope to improve the app, like we can use beautiful udaipur images as graphics...go ahead developers :)

Had water problem in my area and lodged a complaint through the app. Issue was resolved on very next day. And above all, I got a feedback call from the concerned department. Great job....
