With Car Costs Complete you are able to track all your car expenses easily: fuel costs, insurance, leasing, repairs and all thinkable custom cost types and even revenues. I like this app a lot but... Two problems.... 1. Occasionally I would make an entry and save it but next time I went to use the app the previous entry would be missing. If I discarded, or lost the previous receipt then m purchase history would be incomplete and it would show my next entry as getting twice the gas mileage as I actually got. 2. The charts should show operating costs separate from total costs. It does this to a point but since I entered the purchase price separate from the sales tax paid on the purchase price, the sales tax is being considered part of the operating costs and shouldn't be.

There maybe some programs that try to fancier, but this one has them beat. Simple, concise, once you see where the information goes. Edits are easy if you need to fix a data log. One time maintenance expenses are easy to add. Sync with drop box great as well. Keeps my wife and i up to date and using a method i can control. I looked at several free and purchased and will happily stop here. Improvements can be made but this is definitely a great foundation.

My 4 years of records disappeared after an update. Unimpressed. I managed to recover all but the last year from Dropbox and manually restored the missing data from my old phone. Apart from this shock to the system I highly regard this app for its many useful features.

Previously owned a Blackberry and had a very good vehicle tracker app on that. Have moved to Android (Samsung Galaxy Grand - Model 19082) , and have been using this app, Car Costs Complete, for a month. It's very good, works perfectly. Easily set up my local currency and units. Well worth the price.

I love being able to log my car expenses. However, when exporting and opening the file in Excel all the info is in the first column. As a result, I have to go through entry and cut and paste into the needed columns. Fix this and add a mileage tracker and it will be 5*****!

Nice app. Does most of what I need. Having to import each category in a separate file is a pain when moving from another app though. Also would be nice to have the odometer field on insurance for those of us with limited classic policies. Oh and when moving from demo to full version needed to set the fuel quantity units again.
