As well as this app works they keep adding things and adding things without giving the option to change it in admin. This is just bad business. CS is no help whatsoever.

Works very well and does pretty much everything at a good price....Except you cannot edit already booked in jobs, and the only card payment gateway it supports is sumup, I've not even met someone that uses sumup, anyway I signed up to it but you need the machine so no good for taking deposits over the phone, I will stick to PayPal here, shame really, but will stick to this until something else comes along for a similar price

Very easy to use, works well

As someone who has spent plenty of time on both sides - driver and dispatcher - I can say that this is a very helpful and easy to use app/system. My biggest complaint is in regards to car numbers on the Admin side. Not being able to change the numbers but like once a month without getting charged is a huge pain. Cars break down, drivers change cars occasionally, etc...if you aren't adding or subtracting the number of vehicles in the system, it makes no sense to not be able to change the driver/car number so that the info is correct. Other than that and some of the ridiculously long routes that some trips show up with (making it impossible to give a customer an accurate estimate), it's definitely a good system.

TaxiCaller is AMAZING!! I love the support feature. There have been several on-going glitches here and there, but 98% of the time, it is fully functional and absolutely the best system for our company. Thank you TaxiCaller for making this a low-cost, high functioning, superior to all of the rest, type of software!! We've been using it for a year now. 24/7/365

When u accept a fare that dispatch cancel after a few minute for various reason, the apps still treat that as a completed fare and puts u back in the bottom of waiting list so in other word u lost your turn, making u lose money...

I've been a night time Cabbie since 5/5/05 ..This App is Awesome! :) ..I especially Love the text message that automatically gets sent out to the customers "cell phone(s)" .. I don't like it when message goes to a landline ..But that is on the dispatcher .. Unless the app is smart enough to know the difference between a cell and a landline .... But this App is Amazing!

Have used this app for several years, for my business , as a Taxi Company and Private Hire Services, it is the best ,simple to use and ideal as a reminder for jobs booked in advanced. Looking forward to auto ivr developments, where a despatched may not be required. I find customers prefer to telephone us instead of using the passenger app

Drivers with dispatch privileges should be able to see all drivers and status' on the map tab. It seems as if that tab is currently useless, as it only shows your current location and nothing else. Zone view is also inaccurate, must log out and back in to see an updated zone queue.

I used to like this app but now since the new upgrade it's going to get one star from me now. You cannot be on Wi-Fi and use this app. And if you are the app will cut off on you. I can no longer sit at home on my Wi-Fi and wait for a run. B.S

Now there's no pick up time showing in . and here in cape town if u accept a trip u have to do it . they can even send u for one hour before trip n u stuck there waiting...

Makes No sense what so ever change the screen menu but no extra features how would a driver know exactly how many trips he did for his shift

The app is great I must say.but the company I work for changes the features within the app so much it's annoying.when a trip is dispatched you have one option only and that is to accept it.the reason being it does not indicate where the pick up point is at until you have accepted the dispatched trip.you also can't cancel if you eventually realise that you as a driver can't benefit from continuing with the trip.

The company changes things without giving options to fix them how my company needs it. I understand we have a smaller business but i need to change things to work for us not for big business. This company could very well have lost my business

The new update is a complete joke, there was no need for it and makes the payment part a hassle now

Can't see up and coming jobs without dispatcher privlages. My icon on phone was better with red for busy green for free. Please change back
