Storytime Theater

Stories will not play. Only videos on my phone that I took will play. Very Complicated to setup. I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work and there is no tech support. Waste of money and waste of time. Hate is is too favorable to this product. 0 Stars

Annoying! This worked great for awhile. Now when I connect to the Internet it won't open the book saying it isn't connected...then disconnects. Fix this garbage. I will be calling to get some type of reimbursement. Explain this crap to a child because they DON'T understand and just want to use it.

They actually sell this crap? It worked once. Then it gets stuck in a loop and never worked again. Tried on an apple and android device, same results. Absolute crap. If you have one of these, take it back and get anything else.

It worked for v the first time. Then it didn't work. Uninstalled and then reinstalled the application. Now it won't restore the unlocked stories. The stories unlocked code will not work. Really crappy. Please fix it . I purchased C batteries for this projector. Everything going into waster. Kindly fix it.

I want know what company is reimbursing me for this garbage! I pay 80 dollars for this thing and the story downloads half way stops the app and when you go back to do it again it says code already used!!!! I'm beyond mad! Do not buy! Associated with Disney I expected better!

The app freezes alot it is really poor the projector is so pixelly it really sucks. The kids like it though 18 months and 9 yrs old they dont know any better but definitely not worth the money!!!!

I downloaded on my phone and then tablet will not work and will not let me use the books that i opened on my phone on the tablet

The app constantly crashes and requires being reset from home wifi to the device, whish should be part of the app. The device then says we are not connected. Congratulations, we bought an expensive glowing paperweight. Thankfully it was on clearance.

I get a new tablet for Christmas, and decided to put this app on it so I could set the story and walk out of my kids' room without having to leave my phone behind. Used the Restore Purchases option 13 times, and nothing has been restored. Have $40 worth of stories that I can't get to work on my tablet. Not happy about that.

How is my 3 year old supposed to switch back and forth between our wifi and the projector's wifi?! We can get the books to play but can't connect the projector AND download the books. Glad I bought it on clearance.

Horrible product, doesn't play my videos... what a waste of money. My phone connects to wifi projecter however the projecter never plays the video... horrible

It sucks I got 1 press and play to download out of 4 now it wount even project it on the wall very disappointed wasted money on some bull s*** when there's a lawsuit filed against kidstech I'm so in on that this is bull!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this projector since 2015 and I'm just now opening it. It has been difficult trying to operate this projector. I am very dissatisfied!!!

The app opens for 15 seconds and then closes. My daughter just wants to try out her Christmas gift.

The projector is trash.

If you can't restore the stories you can uninstall the game then install and do another story I was like you angry but when I uninstalled and then install It worked and now I'm not angry anymore and you don't know, you don't think, you don't have brain?

It doesn't allow you to play the book you purchased in the store. If you get so frustrated that you're actually willing to purchase it a second time, it won't even let you do that. Is this app a practical joke?

Works amazingly. Easy to connect and does exactly what it's supposed to.

Unfortunately the app stops and won't let me download the stories.

I did everything I was suppose to and I also see the check mark next to the wifi sign so I know its connected, but its not showing the book through the projector. Fix Please.....

I bought this crap for my daughter 4 months ago after saw the commercial on tv saying this is the best toy for kids. I read all the bad reviews but want to try it my self, she turned 9 months today so I decided to open it for first time to find out the reality on my own. Hope we can sue this people for wasting my money on this crappie toy plus batteries. I'm trying to find a number for customer service that way I can tell them my self.

I really really wanted to love this system. I've given it so many chances. It would work sporadically the first few weeks and now I have to spend 20 minutes restarting the projector and restarting the app that crashes every 5 minutes just to get one story to play. I've hidden it away at this point so my kids are no longer suffering the disappointment of not getting to watch their books. Save yourselves the headache and just take this stupid thing back.

Crashes every 10 seconds. Completely tedious, even if it didn't crash. Literally the worst app ever. The projector is nothing but a glorified flashlight because the app is useless

This app and product are terrible. Crashes frequently and the projector image is very poor no matter how far or close you are. Do not recommend this to anyone.

I tried to install it on 2 different devices and on 1 device it says stories codes have been used help

This is the worst thing to get to work. Won't restore my previous purchases. Do not waste money.
