TAP-ESS

Employee Self Service (ESS) is an android/mobile version of the original ESS Application. It is initiated by Human Resources Department to facilitate our employees with an interactive and handy GUI based leave/attendance management system. This application streamlines time, empowers staff and eliminates paper based systems into efficient and web based workflows – easing Employee. This application is fully integrated with our web based ESS. It is a comprehensive applicationthat can be accessed by userfrom anywhere anytime.

LEAVE MODULE
This will help employee to find out their leaves balances, apply for new leaves, approve leave request and view leave history.
• User can apply for the leave usingthis module.
• Supervisor can see leave applications for his/her team and can approve/rejectthe leave.

ATTENDANCE MODULE
• User can mark his/her attendance from anywhere using this module.
• Using the same module user can see week wise previous attendance log.
• This Application give facility to supervisor to approve/reject the attendance of his/her.

FOCAL PERSON DIRECTORY
This section will help employee access to our core team that provides different facilities to the employees i.e. Administration & Travel department, Human Resource Department and Finance department etc. The feature will contain the contact information of respective responsible resource.
