Neville is a Real Estate professional with more than 18 years experience, having sold property from Kalbarri in the North to Binningup in the South you can be sure that wherever you are he will be able to assist.


In the early years of his career Neville dominated his focus area, often with an 80%+ market share and was the first to break the million dollar barrier for the area. Other sales achievements and awards were attained in a relatively short period of time.


After 10 years in the industry Neville moved to Perth, soon to follow was a pinnacle achievement with a *company state record $6.5m sale in South Perth, a comprehensive marketing campaign provided several prospective buyers culminating in the successful negotiation of a CASH OFFER contract!

Neville believes his previous 15 years experience in Hospitality created his inter-personal skills with the edict of treating people how he would like to be treated, quiet and thoughtful dialogue will generally assist an appropriate or successful outcome.

In his personal life Neville takes time out to play competitive Lawn Bowls and relax with his wife and pet cats, (who are obeyed at all times!).

Neville achieved selection in the WA State Bowls Team and represented on 22 occasions over 2 years, funnily enough he was the oldest member at 51 years of age! The team had a lower average age than the National Cricket Team!


Travel within Australia is high on Neville's agenda with the WA Kimberley's, Queensland and Tasmania the favored destinations.
