There is a video of a girl doing the repititions non stop, so you dont have to replay her example its continuous! I love that! I have never stuck to a workout routine but something about the simplicity of this app just makes me stick to it! I absolutely hate hate hate lunges. They are very hard for me to do. But I do them. No pain no gain right! I mostly feel the burn in my legs. But my legs need help too! I also found their ab workout app which I love also.

Have the similar issue with timer. I prefer to set it for different times each day....my schedule is like that. Would be better with a 7 day calendar setting. Would like to see reverse lunges in there so am splitting the lunges portion between front and reverse (I do an even amount of each).

Great app but, it wasn't for me I suppose. I finished all 30 days even added 5 reps to each day, my butt is still flat. Was eating enough protein, enough calories. Just didn't feel it.

The work out is simple. It builds everyday , but after day 4 I didnt feel the burn as bad as I did on day 1 & 2.

Very useful app. The reminder helps you keep on track. Also after the first round you can repeat the cycle randomly, that way when you are tired you just choose less repetitions and when you have more time, you can choose more repetitions.

Today's my 12th day and guess what, am seeing great results already!!! Ain't gonna stop till the 30th day!!! This is so cool and freaking awesome.. Am really really thankful and grateful for the app developers. I got loads of positive comments from my friends and my family. I suggest this app to anyone who's lazy to go to gym or don't like to workout in front of other people but dreams of a big,nice and toned booty. first few days were the hardest. My legs were sore and I didn't wanna do it again but I did it somehow. Am extremely happy!! It would be so much better if you could add an effective dieting plan for 30 days though. Thank you so much!!!

I am not seeing any rest days built in ? Am I missing something here ? Looks to be a nice app though. Will try it and rate again. Also reminders don't work right. I set it for 2:15 pm and it goes off at 8:25 pm . it says it is set for the correct time , but it doesn't reflect it. Please fix this and I will rate one more star. I am however enjoying the exersizes

Easy app and great workout. I add weights to mine and I do two app exercise days in one day (once in the morning and evening) or whatever day to keep up with the 30day ab app. Im small-average size and already had a biggish butt before starting this app. It's my 4th day and im on app day 10 and my butt is definitely a lot firmer than what it was.

Very simple, I like it. No extra bells, just starts you off simply and builds. I feel a burn the next day, but (importantly!) I can still walk. Lotta things destroy you to start off with, but this pushes without going too far.

Slow build up to more and more reps in each set of workouts. I can feel it working and my confidence has soared only 10 days in. Great app for people who can't make it to the gym or who don't like working out in front of people. The only catch is you absolutely have to be self-motivated to keep moving forward because it does get challenging

This is awesome. I don't even work out consistently. I often stop when I start feeling sore. But my spouse has been saying 'what are you doing when I'm not here why your bottom getting so big!' That's my motivator right there to continue.

If you've been putting off working out for whatever reason, do it now! No more excuses! This helps you gradually get used to the workouts and then you start to build up. I just finished day number 9 and I swear to you I can see and feel the difference in my butt! I can't wait to see what day 30 brings.

I rarely leave reviews on any apps I use, but this app is incredible. I'm only about a week in and not only am I excited to do my exercises everyday, but I'm already seeing results. My confidence is soaring and I love it. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get more toned and give their bottoms more volume. (Anyone that really is willing to work for it that is)

Today is 19th day, I love the app. 50 squats,50hip bridges and 50 lunges omg never thought I would be able to do that, started with 10 first days so I'm rly proud. There is big difference already can't wait for 30th day and keep it doing after it.

By day 7 I was in agony...my thighs were stiff..walking down stairs was hilarious...u know them videos of people sliding down the stairs after leg DAY HA!! this app will make u feel like bambi lol ......this app has shown me results already and I'm on day 13..good luck to those on this workout...ps if u like this ull like the 30 day plank one too

The apps are good. Day 4 and I can feel a difference. The only thing that would make them better would be the ability to move to sd card. When you download 10 different challenges to do successively, it uses up quite a bit of memory.

It hurts but I am feeling more strength in my muscles. The workouts are quick and simple. It's like having a very passive personal trainer that doesn't care if you swear at it. Only on day five, but I am finding easy to commit to just 30 days. Cheers.

The app has videos from Howcast that shows 3 exercises: squat, hip-lift, and lunges. There is no way to add different exercises. The videos show poor form in some of them. The graphics and design of the app is quite limited. This could be a starting point for the app to develop from. It does have a day counter, that is not a calendar, but is a scrolling list.

I like it alot. I have had this app several months. Every time I start I do a week and give up. It is too fast paced for me. So I decided to extend it to 60 days. I do each day twice except the rest days. And it is working very well for me.

It starts off easy and adds reps each/every other day. The three workouts stay the same. They're very effective, if you know how to isolate specific muscles and perform correctly. Adding this 30day challenge in with other work out routines. Sore after the 2nd day! Good sore ;)

Surely you need a rest day or it wont be as effective?? Also muscles hurt the next day so how are you meant to perform the exercises if you can barley lunge due to muscle pain.

You can see results within the first week not only physically but mentally as well. I wake up every morning wanting to do these. My legs feel wonderful and my butt is shaping up beautifully. I never thought I could do this but I am and I'm loving it. Soon starting the ab and plank works as well.

I'm about 2 days off the half way point and after brushing my hand against my butt accidentally a couple of times walking around work thinking 'this is definitely working' I looked in the mirror and holy crap it is working!! I tried two butt exercise apps and this was definitely the best one. I like how there are videos so you can see exactly how to do each exercise. I usually go for a short run, do some stretches and then use this app. The exercises are really easy to do (I'm really unfit and used to do no exercise at all) but still leave you feeling that you have done something. Overall, very good

Im still in the 10th day but the circumference around my hips had quickly increased for already half an inch. The exercises gets hard everyday that sometimes i just want to give up. But hey, what do they say, no pain no gain.

This app give us motivation to continue our workout with intrest.first i dint notice that it mentions the no.of squats etc to do a day,i think some of the users also dint see it.Its there wen u touch day 1,2,..so on bar.I reccommend this to everyone.But i dont feel much diffrenc aftr a week.Yea,i had pain n all frst 3 days.May be there is change that i dint notice..Nywys iam continuing till dat 30 hoping for a good result n i will tell u all abt it.
