Only Young Drivers

It would help if the app would actually record anything. Ive had the app and this insurance for just over 2 months now, it recorded the first 2 days, and it hadn't recorded anything since. I am now on my second 4 week notice. It has potential to be an amazing and easy to use app, but it's just not performing properly.

I wouldn't go as far as telling people not to go for this insurer (Prices are pretty great). The only problem is that the app doesn't work properly at all, and I keep receiving emails telling me they're going to cancel my insurance unless I start recording journeys on the app (The app itself says I've recorded 800+ miles, which is correct) Hopefully this doesn't invalidate my insurance in the event of a crash.

The app don't work at all even tho I have phoned up about it and I've told them my app is not working I've now had emails saying my car insurance will be cancelled if I don't use the app they maybe cheap but wow you get loads of stress with it as well

Doesn't work they emailed me saying they will cancel my insurance because I'm not using it when I am but it don't work. And it's like they expect you to leave your GPS on all the time which I don't

Hardly ever works, will randomly just record for 5 minutes then nothing for weeks. Get an email EVERY 2 weeks saying there going to cancel my policy, do not use this insurance company!!!

80% battery drain?! Time to optimize the app..?

App has stopped working and before was recording for hours after I turned off location on my phone. Now threatening to cancel my insurance despite me talking to them about it. Absolutely ridiculous company.

Drains the battery constantly using GPS even when not driving. app performance is not great, scores don't update as often

The app doesn't work. I've told the company numerous times, it records when I walk, when I go for a run or when I'm on the train and gives me negative score ratings.

Was working fine but then just stopped recording. Needs a manual record button

Keep emailing about not driving for 4 weeks. I drive all day everyday. Threats about cancelling. Uninstalled and reinstalled and doesn't work at all.

After installing the app and putting all the details in it freezes, absolutely rubbish..sort it out

Changed my phone and it wont work on my new phone please help

Although the app it's self doesn't work I emailed the company and got a quick response back. So impressed sort of.

20% chance to record driving. Cant view trips or do anything as it dosent load. Please fix as this is appaling as everyone is saying.

I am a passenger in a company van. My work involves travelling to many different destinations. I also commute to work by train. All of these count as journeys in "my" car, so I have to exclude up to 20 individual journeys so the app doesn't accuse me of driving down residential roads at 70mph (my train journey). A stupid app not fit for a "smart"phone.

Why does this app need permission to read/modify or delete files on my phone?
