Although employees nowadays have means to be introduced to company structure through existing info (portals, various sheet/docs lists), there is a common situation in which employee doesn’t know much about internal organization, about other employees contacts nor their position within company. In such context, it is hard to present someone’s idea or info as well as spread other company related info to other employees.
